I am so glad I stayed. I don’t play golf and I didn’t see the golf green at all. I loved to location. Not near a sandy beach but extremely close to a pebble beach. Nice little park right next to it. At first I was hesitant about their breakfast but I was blown away from the quality of it. As there aren’t walkable cafes, it was the perfect choice. Very tranquil hotel.

Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied with the condition and facilities of the room. The rooms were very small, and the dining table was not suitable for the number of guests. There were also not enough dishes, and many of the basic items and amenities needed for a comfortable stay were missing. We had quite a few needs during our stay, and unfortunately, the available facilities were not sufficient. However, the staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful, and they did their best to assist us whenever we needed help. We really appreciated their kindness and support.

We had a junior suite and it was perfect. Large room with 2 double beds. Lovely balcony and view. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We arrived at midnight but the staff were friendly and there to greet us. Pool was also lovely, would definitely stay again..it was chilled quiet and perfect.

Amazing Experience!

I have been visiting Majorca for 20 years and I have stayed in various hotels around Alcudia. Hands down, this is the best hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are immaculate, the staff are incredible and it provided a truly relaxing and memorable experience. The facilities at the hotel are top noch and nothing is to much for the staff. The hotel is very well placed being outside of the busy and noisy town but within walking distance to it. I rarely stay in the same hotel twice but I will definitely be making this my 'go to' hotel when I return.

Really nice staff in the reception! The apartment and pool area are more 3 star. Would need some renovation. Would have been very nice with some more food options in the restaurant. Except from that we had a great stay, and can recommend it if you want to stay in a quiet area :)

The fridge wasn't working, we informed the staff, but they said it was normal. There was no more soap or shampoo in the shower, we reported it in the morning for them to refill it, but nothing was done. The hairdryer wasn't working, they fixed it. The view of the pool was spoiled by the trees in front.

Die Lage des Hotels war für einen entspannten Urlaub, abseits des Massentourismus hervorragend. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit Mega freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch beim Frühstück war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Schön wäre es noch, wenn man am Abend eine etwas größere Auswahl an Menüs hätte. Aber dies ist nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch gerne wiederkommen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super und auch das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war sauber und auf Nachfrage haben wir problemlos frische Handtücher bekommen. Unser Zimmer war groß und entsprach der Beschreibung. Allerdings war es leider etwas hellhörig. Das Badezimmer hätte bei der Sauberkeit etwas gründlicher sein können. Auch beim Duschen lief das Wasser nicht optimal ab, sodass sich viel Wasser im Bad gesammelt hat. Die Matratzen waren für unseren Geschmack zudem etwas zu hart. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und besonders die gute Lage und das freundliche Personal sind positiv hervorzuheben.

Lejligheden var i fin stand, aircondition i alle værelser og stue. Vi havde flot udsigt. God bassin. 2,5km til port de Alcúdia. Rengøring kan gøres bedre, gulvet blev ikke fejet hele opholdet. Det kan været udfordrende at parkere i nærheden, hvis man er i bil.
