Nice place, quiet and relaxed

Good communication, our local contact who came twice to clean the pool was also very nice. She had even prepared some food and drinks in the kitchen as she knew we would arrive late on our arrival date.

Very calm, peaceful stay in a beautiful house and area

The location is superb to visit a lot of places on Mallorca, and the beach is only 15 mins away. The house has everything you need, a choice of terraces and a high degree of privacy. Highly recommend! Just one note for future visitors: lots of mosquitos are present, the host provides plugs and nets to help but be sure to bring something for outside in the evenings!

Very beautiful place, we spent about 10 days there as a family of four. It’s very quiet and surrounded by nature, with everything you need. The only downside was the mosquitoes, which made spending time outside the house quite unpleasant when there was no wind. (We were there in October, maybe that's less of a problem during Summer!) The location of the house is perfect for exploring Alcudia, Pollença, and the surrounding area!

Unbelievable stay!

We loved every second and did not wish to come home. It felt like a home from a home. The homemade marmalade jam left in the welcome package was absolutely delicious. The views were so gorgeous and was a very peaceful stay. Any issues we had were minor and dealt with quickly by the host. Owner was lovely and very kind. We would 100% recommend!

Wir haben uns in der Finca sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Aussenbereich bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Frühstücken, Mittag und Abendessen, oder auch zum Entspannen. Der große Pool bietet viel Platz zum Schwimmen und Relaxen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, ist aber ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für jegliche Aktivitäten. Auf Fragen wurde schnell reagiert.

Es war unser zweiter Besuch und wir waren erneut sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt: Die Finca ist etwas abgelegen, was für Ruhe und Privatsphäre sorgt, und das große Grundstück bietet genügend Platz, um sich zu entspannen und die Natur zu genießen. Aufgrund der Entfernung zu den Nachbarn gibt es keine direkten Nachbarn, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Das Haus selbst bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen und ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders der Pool ist ein Highlight – er lädt zum Erfrischen und Entspannen ein. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Mit dem Auto sind die Strände Playa de Muro und Pollenca in nur etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar, was die Erkundung der Umgebung sehr bequem macht. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Auf dem Gelände leben freundliche Katzen, die den Aufenthalt noch charmanter machen.

Traumhaft

Wir haben im Herbst eine wunderbare Woche auf Ca na Patufa verbracht. Die Finca liegt traumhaft ganz in der Nähe von Alcúdia - nicht so nah, um den Trubel von Port d’Alcúdia mitzubekommen, aber nah genug, um schnell am Strand zu sein oder in der idyllischen Altstadt Tapas und die mediterrane Atmosphäre zu genießen. Die Finca ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Der Garten mit Orangen- und Zitronenbäumen, Kakteen, allerlei prächtig blühenden Büschen und Bäumen und natürlich Oliven- und Mandelbäumen versprüht unendlich viel Behaglichkeit. Bis auf ein paar Katzen, die uns zur Freude der Kinder besuchten, waren wir ganz für uns auf dem riesigen Gelände. Zwei mal kam Anna, um den Pool zu reinigen und sich um den Garten zu kümmern - sie hat uns überaus freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Eines der Highlights war natürlich der Pool, den wir selbst Mitte Oktober noch einige Male nutzen konnten. Wir können Ca na Patufa uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden gern wiederkommen!

Das Haus liegt unweit von Alcúdia deutlich jenseits der Hauptstraße in abgeschiedener, ruhiger Lage. Besonders beeindruckend ist der wunderschöne Garten, die Weitläufigkeit des Grundstückes und der schöne große Pool.

Einfache aber aussergewöhnlich tolle Unterkunft👍

Die Lage ist toll. Abgeschieden am Waldrand mit sonnigem Pool und Küchenausblick zum Meer. Ca. 8 Minuten mit dem Auto bis zum Strand. Oder gute 12 Minuten zur Alstadt Alcudia bzw. zum Hafen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Waschmaschine ist im Anbau. Der Pool wird regelmässig gereinigt.

Tolle mallorquinische Finca. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Der Pool und die Außenanlage ist ein Traum. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit mit unseren drei Kindern. Leider nicht klimatisiert, aber diverse Ventilatoren haben die Nächte erträglich gemacht. Der Kontakt war ebenfalls sehr gut. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Rustikal ist nicht gleich abgewohnt

Wir (2 Eltern mit Teenies, 14 und 11) verbrachten 10 Tage der Herbstferien in dieser Finca. -Buchung + Kontakt mit Agentur reibungslos, sehr zuvorkommend -Lage der Finca super, ein Auto ist jedoch ein Muss, da kein Bus in der Nähe -Aussenbereich tiptop gepflegt, Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt, ohne dass wir jemanden bemerkt haben -mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten um das Haus herum, Pizzaofen, Grill -die Finca an sich ist okay, Platz für 6 wäre da, aber das ist dann schon sehr eng -Ausstattung der Küche ist mengenmässig sehr gut, aber einiges ist abgenutzt und schmutzig, wir haben viel vor dem Gebrauch gereinigt -die Waschmaschine war sehr schmutzig, vor allem das Waschmittelfach -die Bäder sind ok, aber ebenfalls abgenutzt, Handtücher waren viele da, jedoch alles andere als neu -Schubladen im ganzen Haus sind verzogen, es hat jedoch viele Bücher und Spiele -Mücken hat es mega viele, unbedingt Spray mitnehmen -Katzen hat es etwa 10 gehabt, aber die waren total süss -toll war das Verpflegungspaket bei Anreise!!! Vielen Dank dafür! Fazit: Man müsste einige Dinge renovieren, austauschen, reparieren, da hat es noch ganz viel Potential. Rustical und einfach ist das Eine, abgenutzt und schmuddelig das Andere. Wenn man viel draussen ist und was unternimmt, ist die Finca sehr zu empfehlen. Wenn man eher Zeit drinnen verbringen will, ist es "nur" gut.

Schöne Finca in toller Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Finca Patufa verbracht. Vor allem der Außenbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er bietet viele Sitzgelegenheit mit tollem Ausblick ins Grüne und sogar bis zum Meer. Die Finca sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Außerdem haben wir von der Gastgeberin ein tolles Willkommenspaket erhalten :-) Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!
