The house and the location is excellent, the pool is enormous and the garden is stunning. You can walk 2 minutes to a quiet beach and restaurants and bars only a 10 minute walk away, it’s fantastic

The property is amazing. Very welcoming and comfortable. It is around a 10min stroll to the edge of Old Town where there are a handful of good restaurants and shops. Also the market on Sunday and Tuesday. Toni (owner) was very helpful. I'm sure we will be back some day!

The most incredible villa!

The villa was perfect for our needs as a family of 8, including grandparents, parents, teenagers and a 2 year old. The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay great and we had the best time. The villa is in an excellent location, close to a small sandy beach and within easy walking distance of Alcudia old town. The pool and grounds are well taken care of and provide a beautiful outdoor space. We would highly recommend. Thank you

Perfect Family Stay

This is just the most perfect villa, an easy walk into town but tucked away quietly. The owner was lovely and responded quickly when one of the air conditioning units broke down. The outside area is stunning and the history is incredible.

Beautiful house with lots of charm close to Alcudia's old town. Stunning gardens, outdoor kitchen and bbq area and incredible pool. The only downside was having to pay more for electricity at the end of our stay when we'd already paid a considerable sum for the villa. We had an amazing week nonetheless.

We loved the house and the location was excellent, we will definitely book again as it was perfect for our big family. My husband and I enjoyed having separate accommodation in the annex, away from the adult children. Best of all was the amazing pool and beautiful poolside lounge and a lovely beach only a 2 minute walk away. The flowers in the garden were exceptional and made the garden very special. Toni was an excellent host and responded quickly to us and helped us by arranging a taxi to Palma. Thank you Toni.

Super Finca

A great place!

A perfect place for us! We had a family gathering for 9 adults, age 26-63, and the place was perfect for spending time together, just as lovely as on the pictures. Spacious pool and area for sunbeds, a lounge area in the shadow on sunny days, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a long table for evening meals under the stars, beautiful garden with many artifacts, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Alcudia old town with shops, bars, restaurants, markets, is 12 minutes walk away, and the closest beach 2-3 minutes. Toni, the owner, is very nice and took well care of us and all our questions. I will highly recommend the place, and will be happy to come back.
