True Mallorca

Our group of 6 stayed in this charming house for almost a week. We had2 cars and able to go to grocery and places with no problems. The house is a Spanish old farm style We love it! We love that it’s quiet, far from busy area. It has everything we need. We got to talk to the owner couple times He was really lovely. Love the cat and sheep next to probably too. We don’t mind the bugs just get mosquito spray for it if you want to sit outside at night. We would stay here if we go back to Mallorca again

Beautiful rustic Spainish living

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return, the Villa gives you the old rustic spanish style living which I personally love after having lived in Spain when I was younger. Would highly recommend for families.

Great holiday but villa in poor condition

Communication with property owner was excellent and they were very responsive . However the villa condition is dated and in need of modernisation and some investment. Bathrooms old, shower heads poor flow , not enough plug sockets in rooms so can’t charge your phone and have lamp on, lights in rooms very dim, air conditioning only in bedrooms, sunloungers old dated style , patio seating uncomfortable..a real shame as the layout and space of villa is fine and good for a party of 6 . They could have left more to help with mosquitos eg nets or more lights / tools that distract them . The condition of the villa did not represent good value for what we paid for the week .

Indications précises. Réactivité aux réclamations. Très beau jardin bien entretenu. Un panier de bienvenu avec le minimum pour l’entretien ( éponge dosette liquide vaisselle) serait un plus.

Cette villa est très bien située, au calme absolue dans un écrin de verdure. Seule la propreté était très moyenne : le lave vaisselles inefficace, le lave linges non fonctionnel et le chauffage un peu difficile à faire fonctionner.

Ehrwürdige Finca in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben eine sehr gute Zeit verbracht, konnten uns in der Abgeschiedenheit (nur zwei direkte Nachbarn und viele Schafe) sehr gut erholen. Das Gebäude und auch die Außenanlagen sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, zudem sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung (im Haus und außerhalb) ist in die Jahre gekommen, es passt allerdings zusammen. Eine hochmoderne Ausstattung würde nicht ansatzweise den gleichen angenehmen Charme versprühen ... Viele Schattenplätze, viel Platz für die Mahlzeiten unter freiem Himmel. Wer Luxus möchte ist hier fehl am Platze. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Traumhaft, stilvoll und inmitten der Natur

Wir haben mit 5 Freunden einen aussergewöhnlichen Urlaub genossen. Das Landgut liegt wirlich einzigartig und ist an Grosszügigkeit und stilvoller Einrichtung nicht zu überbieten. Das ist wirklich " das andere Mallorca. Kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke auch für die nette Betreuung und die Wandertipps. Absolut nichts auszusetzen

Lovely Finca in the mountains of Pollensa

Very Charming finca in the mountains of Pollensa, with such a fantastic views! It was a pleasure to just sit or have a tea looking at the moutains and valley. The agent are very friendly, and even came to say hello and check all was good. Inside the house is very rustic, it has hundreds of years, but has been refursbished so is a nice experience. Grandioses Landgut mit spektakulärer Aussicht

Wir wollen zuerst mit unseren Freunden in ein Fincahotel gehen, haben aber dann die Finca Can Cerda gewählt und sind absolut begeistert. Die Grösse, die schöne Einrichtung, die Aussicht und die Lage, es ist ein Traum. Wir waren mit 2 befreundeten Paaren dort und werden dies beim nächsten runden Geburtstag sicher wiederholen.
