Nice place. Good location but a 15 min walk to the beach or 10 to town. Fantastic cycling nearby. Good bedrooms and great pool

Kaffeemaschine müsste erneuert werden.Diverse Leuchtmittel defekt.Spiegelleuchte im Bad abgebrochen. Bei Grill im Garten müssten die Schrauben nach gezogen werden,bevor er auseinander fällt. Wäre gut wenn 6 Liegen am Pool wären.

Ein sehr ansprechendes und mit Geschmack ausgestattetes Haus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vom Grill bis zum Pürierstab alles in der Küche vorhanden. Tolle Lage !!

Kein Kleiderschrank im unteren Schlafzimmer... bei 2WO Urlaub schlecht. Kissen rochen nach kalten Schweiß. Für 6 Personen zu wenige Handtücher. K üche für 6 Personen ok nur der Backofen schließt nicht richtig. Pool top gepflegt. Außengelände und Umgebung sehr schön Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 800m fußläufig zu erreichen. Für Fahrradliebhaber ein Traum. Viele erstklassige Bikeverleihe. Wander und Laufmöglichkeiten top.

Sehr schöne Außenanlage

Sehr schöner, großer und sauberer Pool. Außenanlagen gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Schöne Aussicht und ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage im OG war schon wichtig bei den hohen Sommertemperaturen. In Nachteil ist, dass es im EG Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage gibt. Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen einen wunderbare Zeit verbracht.

Perfecte locatie, mooi uitzicht rustig gelegen maar op wandelafstand van supermarkt, oude stad en strand. Groot zwembad met uitzicht op de bergen. goed werkende airco's in de slaapkamers. Minpunt: maar 3 ligbedden aan het zwembad, geen vaatwasser.

Mooi huis met goede ligging

Mooi huis met fijn zwembad, rustige ligging maar wel vlakbij Alcudia. Supermarkt op 5 minuten lopen, voor het strand pakten we wel de auto. Erg mooie groene omgeving, je kunt er ook goed fietsen. De bedden zijn wat kort, maar dat is in Spanje normaal.

Schönes Haus, tolle Lage, Instandhaltungsstau

Die Buchung über interhome sowie deren Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren wie immer große Klasse! Das Haus an sich ist grundsätzlich schön und liegt in hervorragender Lage. Allerdings stelle ich nach unserem zweiten Besuch dort fest, dass es doch an einigen Stellen Nachholbedarf an baulicher & technischer Instandhaltung gibt (u.a. Eingangstür, Pool, Betten & Matratzen, Küchengeräte, etc.). So etwas sollte eigentlich angesichts der erwirtschafteten Mieterträge eine Selbständigkeit sein...

Excellent Villa, great location:

Villa 15 minute walk to both Alcudia & Port Alcudia. Quiet location, amazing pool. Various areas for relaxing as a family or individually. House would benefit from more Mugs in kitchen, however, great amount of utensils & plates etc. The usual Spanish issues with using cooker & kettle at once, electric overload. Would also benefit from a information book in home, regarding where fuse box etc is, local taxi numbers & restaurants. 3 sunbeds for party of 6 is not ideal, but we had an amazing stay!

ruhige lage

Größe des Hauses für 4 Personen großzügig, Pool war klasse und sauber. Spülmaschine wäre von Vorteil, sowie Internetanschluss. Die Lage des Hauses ist super.
