Nothing negative to say! Simple wonderful!

This was an awesome house! As a family of 6 we had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool immensely! The beach is also perfect for people looking for calm and less populated areas. The location was excellent and we hope to return!! Thank you Lenka and Joan for an excelent service. Nothing

Villa was clean and in an excellent location. Facilities were as expected. Peter from Mallorca Holiday Properties was excellent, giving us links to restaurants and replying straight away to any queries and problems we had. View from the villa was nice, you can see the sea from the terrace. It’s within walking distance of the port but there are frequent busses too. Restaurant 35 just a few mins walk away was very nice plus a 10-15 min walk gets you to Bar In Mood where you can drink and eat on the waterfront. There were some negatives regarding the outdoor furniture. The seating in the terrace was tired and worn - seat covers were stained and contained holes - so we didn’t spend as much time on the terrace in the evenings as we normally would. The outdoor furniture definitely needs a refresh and the outdoor dining table should be big enough to seat 8 as the villa can sleep that many people. The table seated 6. We were a party of 7. The sun loungers were comfortable enough but due to their colour the metal frames became very hot in direct sunlight which meant you sometimes got a bit of shock when touching the frame. Other that refreshing the outdoor furniture, we would recommend the villa and Alcudia.

Toller Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Osterferienwoche mit drei kleinen Kindern und vier Erwachsenen. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Ausflüge rund um Alcudia und Pollenca. Die Terrasse lädt zu gemeinsamen Frühstücken und Abendessen ein. Der Pool war noch ein wenig kalt und daher sehr erfrischend, im Großen Garten kann man wunderbar Federball spielen. Zum Port de Alcudia sind es zehn Minuten zu Fuß, so dass Restaurants und Sportmöglichkeiten unmittelbar erreichbar sind. Ein gelungener Aufrnthalt!

Super schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft für Gruppen. 2 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt.

- Einrichtung - Lage - Check-In und Check-Out Service - Willkommensgeschenk (Wein, Käse, etc.) Leider gab es gar keine Spülmaschinentabs, keine Schwämme für das Geschirr und auch keine Küchenrolle, sodass wir direkt einkaufen mussten. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Bei einer Woche wäre ein Handtuchtausch super oder das Bereitstellen von Waschpulver zum Waschen der Handtücher.
