Ideal for a large family or group of friends, this modern 300 square meter villa is located in the exclusive area of ​​Alcanada, just 2 minutes from the beach and near the famous Alcanada Golf Club, voted the best in Europe in 2014 by the prestigious website 1golf.eu.



Distribution:

The property is built on four levels. Since the villa is built on a hill, the construction allows for lower floors.

On the ground floor you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom, a complete bathroom with shower, the kitchen, the living room with two sofas, the dining room with a table for 12 people and access to the garden.

An intermediate level there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and access to the garage and the laundry area. On the lower level there are two more bedrooms with two single beds each and another bathroom with a bathtub.

The master bedroom is located on the upper floor. It has a double bed (160x190) and a bathroom with a shower and a balcony.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5: Electricity consumption is not included in the price of accommodation. The cost is € 0.25 / Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
