Küchenausstattung war hervorragend, alle Utensilien vorhanden. Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus perfekt. hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, schnelle Rückantworten bei Fragen. Grill war in einem sehr guten Zustand. zwei Toilettenpapierrollen, für jedes Bad wären wünschenswert

Schöne Villa - ideal für einen ruhigen Urlaub

Die Villa ist schön ruhig gelegen und verfügt über ausreichend Platz auch für eine Familie mit Kindern. Der Pool ist zwar klein, reicht aber völlig aus. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, selbst Sonnenschirme für den Strandbesuch sind vorhanden. Es gibt in jedem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, die wir aber nicht mehr brauchten. Insgesamt eine schöne und gemütliche Location. In der Dusche im Erdgeschoss lief das Wasser nur sehr schlecht ab. Auch der Duschkopf gehört gewechselt, da manche Düsen verstopft waren, andere überall hingespritzt haben, nur nicht nach unten. Das Bett im Obergeschoss ist sehr schmal, daher haben wir das Zimmer mit Einzelbetten im Erdgeschoss vorgezogen.

Soweit so gut

Das Haus war sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Leider waren die Betten sehr klein und die obere Dusche für einen ausgewachsenen Mann viel zu eng. Der Pool hatte eine ausreichende Größe und Tiefe. Die Lage ist super, allerdings kläfften andauernd die Hunde der Nachbarn. Wir hatte darum gebeten, den Reinigunskräften für den Freitag abzusagen, dies wurde uns zugesagt. Als wir von unserem Ausflug wiederkamen stellten wir fest, dass dieser doch vor Ort war. Dies empfinden wir als absolute Missachtung unserer Privatsphäre!!

Traumferien

Trotz der aktuellen Situation haben wir einige wundervolle Tage in Alcudia verbracht, das Wetter war gut und wir konnten sogar eines Tages den Pool genießen. Das Haus ist perfekt, sogar besser als die Fotos, liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und kann, wie der Name schon sagt, den Grill zusammen mit dem wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir nutzten die Gelegenheit, um Ausflüge zu unternehmen und Naturräume wie "les Fonts Ufanes" zu entdecken - unglaublich - Joan empfahl den Besuch. Mallorca im Dezember ist anders und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hoffen, bald zurückkehren zu können und weitere Schätze dieser wundervollen Insel zu entdecken.
