This charming, spacious and comfortable villa is ideally located, between Alcudia and the famous Alcanada Golf Club just a short drive away. Villa Bonaire is the perfect place for a luxurious and comfortable vacation.



Distribution

The villa is built on a 1,157 m2 plot, has 2 floors and has 4 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (4 en suite), an open kitchen, dining room and a lounge area with sofas and flat screen TV, a porch with dining room and a private garden with swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is a bright dining / living room connected to the open plan kitchen, two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a bathroom and a laundry area. From the living room there is direct access to the porch, garden and pool (10 x 5 m2). On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a TV room and terraces where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay of Pollensa.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is €0.25/Kw - payable on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.
