Would highly recommend, 5min to the beach, Loads of supermarkets and restaurants around including fast food like burger king and pizza hut Fine dinning too Stuff at check in we're great area very friendly and quite Also lots of activities around eg quad bikes for hire Overall good The pool mmm ..not for swim but cool on a hot day

Great location! Lovely house

Very nice property with character close to local restaurants, supermarket. You can get some sun on the private terrace and the pool if you don't fancy going to the beach which is 1 minute walking distance away. Spacious and well-equipped house. Parking is available on the street. Highly recommended

Perfect location next to the beach

We stayed for a week in villa Diana with our four adult children and had a great time. The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean. When we arrived there was bread, cheese, ham en juices for us in de fridge. That was a nice surprise. Wifi-signal was good. Location is wonderful: about 200 meters from the sandy beach end a few minutes walk to the city centre of Puerto Alcudia. You don't need a car.

Na Mallorce jsme měli opravdu skvělý čas! Villa Diana je krásný dům s veškerým komfortem, který potřebujete. Vila je přesně popsána a zobrazena na fotografiích a nezklame. Venkovní prostor je skvělý s malým bazénem a venkovním jídelním koutem s bbq. Vila byla čistá s lůžky pro náš příjezd a check in a checkout bylo snadné díky Lenka byla přátelská a užitečná určitě doporučuju.

Alles war top - nur die Stromsicherung ist mehrfach rausgesprungen und einmal waren 3 Gärnter für ca. 1h da und haben ordentlich krach gemacht. Kommunikation war super. Sonst auch alles top! Definitiv eine SUPER Unterkunft. Danke!

Our stay at Villa Diana (april 2022)

Villa Diana has everything you need. It even has a washing machine which is very welcome if you only travel with hand bagage. The villa is centrally located. Supermarket, beach, restaurants are all near. We also enjoyed the terrace in front of the villa. The service of the rental company is also very good. They keep you updated, they are very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay at Villa Diana! No comments

Lovely villa close to the beach

Perfect house all on the ground floor- no steps- spacious and well equipped. The pool was great for the kids. The beach is just one minute walking... Unbeliveable, highly recomended.

Great place!!!

Everything was perfect! The property is close to the beach, it is well maintained, clean and safe for children. Lenka, our property manager, was very friendly and gave us all the necessary information to get to the place. She even recommended some nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

Vi, familie på 5, hadde 14 fine dager i huset. Bra standard og god beliggenhet. Det er kort vei til det meste herfra og alt i Alcudia er innenfor gangavstand fra huset. Ryddig og god hjelp fra utleierbyrå. Bassenget var lite, men det fungerte fint til barna på 7 og 11. Bruker huset gjerne igjen en annen gang.

Villa is as shown on the pictures, beds are comfortable, all the necessary facilities there, a little dated though.The highlight is the location. Very close to the beach and restaurants, but at the same time very quiet. Would definitely recommend it.

Agréable Villa pour des vacances au calme

La villa est très bien située à 5mn à pied de la plage de sable fin. Quelques petits commerces à proximité permettent d'avoir du pain frais tous les matins!! La promenade au bord de mer permet de rejoindre le port d'Alcudia en 15/20 mn à pied. La villa a été refaite récemment et est en très bon état, le séjour et la cuisine sont grands ainsi que les 3 chambres. La climatisation est efficace et silencieuse. La terrasse devant la maison est agréable car abritée par un auvent. La pool est récente et permet de se rafraichir pendant les grosses chaleurs. La table extérieure et le BBQ sont un peu loins de la cuisine ce qui nécessite un peu de logistique pour pouvoir en bénéficier. L'entretien est réalisé régulièrement et le service est de bonne qualité. Au global, une très bonne location.

The property was very clean and represented accurately by the photos. Modern, comfortable and effective air conditioning! Lots of wardrobe space, comfy beds and easy parking right outside the villa. The outside space was really lovely as pictured. The walk to the beach is just 2 minutes. Perfect location for exploring the surrounding areas (we had hired a car). Very comfortable beds. Perfect for groups or families as I have been twice times one time with the family and one time to cykling with my friends. We realy enjoyed. We have alredy booked this property for next year. Highly recomented!! Best regards William

Mysigt hus nära Alcudiastranden

Vi är mycket nöjda med huset. Gott om sängplatser, ljust, nytt kök och bra uteplats. Det var skönt att bo nära stranden, men på lite lugnare gata. Servicen från Holiday properties på Mallorca var mycket bra och vänlig. Vi fick nödvändig information innan resan, blev mottagna när vi anlände till huset och kunde fråga om hjälp under vår vistelse. Dessutom ordnade de hämtning från flygplatsen mot rimlig kostnad. Anette
