  • Beautiful house with garden and pool equipped in detail, just 250m from the beach. Find everything you need for perfect vacations at Villa Encantada in a quiet location close to everything you need.



    Exuberant exteriors with a 4.5x9m pool surrounded by hammocks where you can enjoy the sun of Mallorca. Beautiful porch with barbecue where you will enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends. Comfortable chill out in the outdoor area to enjoy sunsets. Interior terrace with spectacular plants that make the patio a charming space to enjoy coffee.



    The interior of the house is equipped with 3 rooms with everything necessary for a pleasant rest. In two rooms there are double beds and in the remaining one, two single beds. The kitchen is provided with everything essential for culinary lovers.



    House equipped in detail with wifi, air conditioning, satellite TV... Ideal for a vacation with friends or family, just 250 m from the magnificent white sand beach with crystal clear waters, and close to the leisure area where you can find restaurants, shops, supermarkets and everything essential to make your stay one of the best.



    You'll love it, don't hesitate to book!



    The property has an alarm system with surveillance cameras installed only in common and exterior areas. This system belongs to the security company Trablisa and is only activated in case of intrusion, thus guaranteeing the safety of guests during their stay. The owner has absolutely no access to these cameras, as only the security company manages the system.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem unglaublich schönem, grosszügigem und gepflegtem Aussenbereich.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und zu jedem gibt es ein eigenes Bad. Der Pool und die ruhige Lage mit Nähe zum Strand waren für uns das Highlight. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Villa is lot more than you see on line, excellent location, full privacy, great garden with fantastic pool, house is comfortable very modern with fantastic decor, modern kitchen and bathrooms! Highly recommended for 6 people (3 couples). We enjoyed every minute!

Nice house and very good location

Ideal for bigger families, we spent 10 days here with 3 children and 3 adults. Host was available all the time and replied immediately. Shops are in walking distance, beautiful beach as well. Garden has a grill and a nice pool, ideal for the whole family. The house and host were superb, will definitely come back! Thanks for having us during oir fantastic family vacation.

Vi 5 voksne og 2 børn havde en skøn 10-dage lang ferie. Huset fungerede perfekt, dejligt veludstyret køkken, gode værelser og badeværelser og en dejlig opholdsstue. Poolen fungerede perfekt og stedet lå dejligt privat og roligt. Huset var meget velholdt og have og pool blev passet og tilset, mens vi var der. Kommunikationen med udlejere var perfekt og de var meget imødekommende i forhold til vores special ønsker.

Ruhig gelegenes, gemütliches Haus mit Pool

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen, am Ende einer Sackgasse, direkt am See. Zum Strand geht man keine fünf Minuten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alle Zimmer gemütlich eingerichtet und nett dekoriert. Der Pool ist herrlich, vor allem für ein Ferienhaus recht groß. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, außer an bequemen Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen. Wir haben für kommendes Jahr wieder gebucht und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist super gelegen, am Ende einer Sackgasse direkt am See. Zum Strand sind es keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die einzelnen Zimmer und der Wohnbereich sind alle liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Klimaanlagen funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Pool ist herrlich, und für hiesige Verhältnisse sehr groß. Bequeme Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen und Sitzkissen für die Gartenstühle wären schön. Das ist das Einzige, was gefehlt hat.

Absolutely beautiful villa - perfect for a family

The property is managed by a property company, not the owner direct, so you don’t get the same personal touches. However they were very good at communicating and the minor issues we had were resolved quickly (broken toaster). The villa is very child friendly. We have 14 month old twins and it was a very safe space for them. The pool is lovely and raised which was great as they couldn’t run straight out and fall in! The house was immaculately clean. Walking distance to a big supermarket and a few restaurants. The beach is right over the road. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and stay here again!

Maravilloso alojamiento cerca de la playa

La casa es preciosa, tiene una piscina bastante grande, súper limpia, con tumbonas por los lados y dejan toallas de piscina, en el jardin hay un cenador acogedor y una barbacoa. La casa por dentro está remodelada, tiene 3 habitaciones espaciosas con 3 baños modernos también súper limpios. La cocina bien espaciosa con todos los utensilios y equipos necesarios para una larga estancia. El comedor cómodo para 6 personas y la sala amplia con sofas cómodos. Todo en perfecto estado. Los aires acondicionados de cada habitación funcionan perfectos y se pueden regular de manera independiente. Además tienen una atención rápida y amable, al llegar nos confundimos de entrada y nos enviaron en minutos la foto con las indicaciones el día de salir le pedimos hacer el check out más tarde y también tuvieron una respuesta positiva. Arrrglar el portal del garaje.

Very impressed with the accommodation and beautiful large garden

Immediately loved the accommodation: decor, cleanliness, well stocked kitchen. Lots of places to sit inside and out. Very comfortable bedrooms. Two proper double beds, not two twins pushed together. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was great. The private pool set in the beautiful, large garden felt like a slice of luxury. We were able to log in to our own Netflix etc accounts which came in handy for movie nights. Overall we were very happy with this property and would definitely stay here again. We did have a couple of visits from gardeners, pool checkers, etc one of which we were made aware of. Perfectly happy to have the visitors but people appearing in the garden took a bit of getting used to! This only happened twice though. An improvement would be for them to ring the buzzer before entering. The pillows were adequate but a bit lumpy. The bathroom would benefit from a cupboard out of reach of children. This is nitpicking though. We were really happy with our stay.
