The villa was in an amazing location a few steps from the beach. The water was so warm in Aug the pool was pleasantly refreshing. We didn’t venture far from Alcudia suiting our week as the old town, Port & Bay gave us plenty to do - we ate out most evenings thanks to recommendations from the agents that are responsible for the villa - Peter was brilliant with his advice & prompt communication. I would highly recommend!

Amazing View! But outdated bathrooms.

Outstanding view, only 5 meters away from a swim and the terrasse is just amazing! The only little down side are the two bathrooms which needs a bit of care including the drains ! We will recommend the house for family and friends gateway. Great holidays!

Great place to stay for a quite and next to the beach holidays

Location is amazing, first line to the beach. Excellent for family holidays. Walking distance there is also a few nicer beaches. Very few kitchen items available, quite suprising for an 8 people accomodation. Very old electric appliances. Wouldn't cost much to buy a few pans, glasses, nespresso machine... etc, The house and exteriors will also need some maintenance, some rooms especially bathroom and kitchen look old and dirty.

Entspannt direkt am Meer

Nach der Anfahrt mit dem Auto über den Sandstrand (!) mit Vertreiben allfälliger Badegäste und einer sehr engen Einfahrt ins Grundstück ist das Anwesen ideal für entspannte Ferien. Direkt am flach abfallenden Sandstrand (mit vielen Algen, die auf dem Sand werden aber regelmässig mit Traktoren entfernt). Kleiner Pool, indem man stehen kann (ideal für kleine bis mittelgrosse Kinder). 4 Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen, Küche mit eher wenig Ausrüstung (aber absolut ausreichend). Zwei kleine, einfache, alte Nasszellen mit KAUM WASSERDRUCK (aus der Dusche tröpfelt es mehr als es fliesst). Mehrfach pro Woche Schallt am Abend störend die Abendunterhaltung des Nachbarhotels, dann ab 22:15 Uhr kehr Ruhe ein. Wir vermissten die Möglichkeit, auswärts Essen zu gehen (mit Auto innert weniger Minuten kein Problem, zu Fuss ist nur ein britishes Pub mit unendlich öligen Pommes erreichbar). Sehr gutes WiFi. Insgesamt fanden wir den Urlaub hier aber sehr entspannt und wunderbar, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic location Great grounds and communal area Directions to the property - taxi driver got lost- you need to drive along a beach road. 1st Mallorca holiday rep did not reply, 2nd one helpful to speak to driver The bathrooms are dated

Direkte Strandlage

Wer nach einer sauberen Unterkunft direkt am Strand sucht, ist hier goldrichtig. Terrasse direkt am Meer und zum Strand sind es 50m. Wir haben sogar unsere Liegen zum Strand tragen können. Lediglich die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind eher schlecht. Nach Alcudia sind es 20 min zu Fuss. Größere Einkäufe sind nur mit Auto bzw. Taxi möglich. Durch die nicht offizielle Zufahrtsstraße (lediglich ein Weg über den Strand), muss man sich auch darauf einstellen das nicht jeder Taxifahrer einen bis vor die Finca fährt. Leichter ist es mit einem eigenen Auto, vorallem wenn man die Insel erkunden will.

Magnifique emplacement

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'emplacement juste devant la mer est magnifique. Les extérieurs sont encore plus beaux en vrai que sur les photos. La villa est pleine de charme et bien fonctionnelle. Seul bémol, les salles de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.

Very pleasant and relaxed time

We had a very pleasant and relaxed time in the house. The location was perfect. The terrace was a dream, we spent a lot of time here. You can have a wonderful look at clean water with the little pots while having breakfast. Our daughter (11 years old) was very in the water (snorkeling) from the deck she always had a good view. Every now and then we cook something in the kitchen and enjoy it with a wonderful sunset. In the old town of Alcudia you can eat wonderfully, the restaurants offer very good and varied food. But what we liked the most was that when we were coming back from the city at night or after an excursion back to the house, you immediately felt at home again. That calm, just the sound of water. We would return to this place anytime. Greetings and thank you very much.

Photos don't do justice! Wonderful place for family

Great location in front of the sea. Had a breakfast with sunrise was one of the nicest experience what we had in Mallorca. The rooms and beds very comfortable and clean, the dining area and kitchen really nice. We really enjoyed also the outdoor area and the swimming pool with the kids. We had a pleasant staying in this house and Mallorca Holiday Properties has been good in communication before our arrival.

Excelent stay! To repeat!

If I have to say a word how we have spent vacations in this house, it will be the word EXCELLENT. It is located in an extraordinary place, it has everything we need like feeling at home. With direct access to the beach, certainly a luxury! I must highlight the treatment with both Lenka and Joan, they have been very pleasant and helpful from the moment of booking until arrival. We recommend in fact we will return in May. Nothing!
