VILLA ROSA
Estuvimos un grupo de parejas , la verdad que estuvimos como en casa, zona amplia y limpia. Añadiría unos ventiladores en las habitaciones, ya que al darles el sol, daba bastante calor aunque estuviese el aire acondicionado. Por lo demás la zona es súper tranquila, y son bastantes resolutivos. Me guardo el sitio, y repetiremos

Gute Lage, Haus okay
Eigentlich ist es ein schönes Haus...aber das Erdgeschoss mit Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich sollten einmal dringend renoviert und modernisiert werden. Die Küchenschränke riechen moderig und sehr alt, das Geschirr ist zusammengewürfelt und billig. Das Obergeschoss ist in Ordnung.Das Haus ist aber sauber und ordentlich.Des Weiteren ist die Terrasse direkt zur Terrasse der Nachbarn gelegen und nur mit einer halbhohen Mauer und transparenter oberen Stoffbahn abgetrennt, so dass es keine wirkliche Privatsphäre gibt.Positiv ist noch zu erwähnen, dass eine Außendusche vorhanden ist.

I liked: Voll eingerichtetes Haus mit Klimaanlage, Herd, Mikrowelle, Großem Kühlschrank mit Eisfach.
I did not like: Das WLAN ist recht langsam, wenn man den Kindern am Abend einen Film erlaubt auf einer Streamingplattform, dann lädt es immer wieder.

Ubicación muy tranquila. Perfecto para descansar Algunos mosquitos debido a la proximidad al canal de agua. La casa es muy bonita. Los dos baños están bastante limpios. Colchones viejos en la cama. TV bastante pequeña. Estacionamiento excelente. Después de nuestra estancia, tuvimos problemas con el propietario y tendríamos que pagar por "supuestos" muebles rotos. Grupotel Hotel e Iberostar se encuentran a poca distancia. La playa está a 3 minutos a pie. La playa es hermosa. Ciudades de Alcudia y Pollença El hospital está a 3 minutos en coche.
