The living room is a particularly inviting retreat, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, with its own exit to the terrace. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace as well and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table for casual meals. This floor also hosts 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 150 cm and a fan, as well as a bathroom with bath and WC and a separate shower with WC.

    On the lower ground floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of these rooms are each equipped with 2 single beds and a fan, while the third room features a French bed measuring 150 cm and a fan.
