“We had a very disappointing experience with this property and feel obligated to warn future guests.When we arrived, it was immediately clear the unit had not been cleaned from the previous guests. “I really liked the cabin's location in the woods and how it was set up. It was actually pretty roomy for being just over 1000 sq ft. The view was awesome, and it was super close to a river where you could fish or just chill and listen to the water. It was such a peaceful spot. The only downside was the shower knob. Getting the hot water to work was a bit of a gamble. If you turned it too far left, it'd go from hot to cold like it was broken, but we figured it out and managed to get warm to hot……

“We enjoyed our stay in this comfy little cabin. Updated kitchen and bath -- we especially liked the walk-in shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers, a convenient touch. Wish there had been a full couch in the living room and a few more hooks to hang clothing. BIG TV with a good picture. The development itself is nice and peaceful, with a small beach. Should note that to access it you walk down a series of stone steps with no handrail. Wasn't a problem for us but could be for those……

“The pictures do not do this cabin justice. It's a stunning property and so peaceful. It was the perfect blend of "away from it all" and a small town nearby in Fife Lake. This property has its own small lake with access to kayaks and a canoe. We were so thankful that it was also dog friendly. That's a rare find with a home that's also very clean and beautiful. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a fire and the views the entire time. Can't wait to come back. The host, Carole is amazing and……
