Horrible customer service

The booking platform canceled the booking, then took the booking, took the money and sent me an email it was canceled. The day before the booking, I received an email saying that I had a reservation there. I called the host and the platform and they both said it wasn’t their fault and took the entire booking amount even though it was the platform that canceled the booking with me while keeping the booking at the apartment. Horrible, horrible customer service. I never canceled… they canceled and then stole the money. No recourse! Rip off! Swindle!
