「Arrived early Sunday morning and greeted with a very warm welcome and our room wasn’t ready but advised we would be contacted as soon as it became available. 「The resort has plentiful facilities and close to the beach. We are in the ocean suite and the room is nicely decorated and spacious The management is not up to a five star hotel standard. Firstly the dishes in the buffet restaurant, Jardim Colonial, were not very clean, some of which with stains. Having said that , the staffs in the restaurant are helpful. 「Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage. Das Zimmer war sauber und angenehm, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Speisen im Restaurant waren sehr lecker, allerdings ist die Auswahl und Kreativität etwas gering. Dies kann aber auch der Reisezeit in der absoluten Nebensaison geschuldet sein. Auch ist die Weinauswahl sehr übersichtlich. Zusammengefasst kann man sagen, Preis/Leistung top, man könnte sagen es wäre ein sehr gutes 4-Sterne Hotel. Aus unserer Sicht...

「Can I give this establishment 10 stars? I cannot recommend it highly enough! Stay in room B 827. The view is magical. The hotel (and room) is modern, stylish, chic and comfortable. So many vegan options at breakfast 🙏. Super friendly staff. Absolutely will stay here again and recommend to everyone I know.」
