“Great location on Mud Bay, this is the second time my family has stayed at this house. So tranquil but also close to dock access. No wifi which may be a plus if you’re really trying to disconnect!”

“I only utilized the downstairs bed and it was comfortable. I cooked most of my meals. The location, for me, was wonderful: in an old forest. Lovely! ”

“Cottage was as described except the bushes in the back yard have grown so the lawn is in the shade most of the day and you can only see the small part of the lagoon shown in the photo unless you walk down to the gate that says private property (to nextdoor), from where you can see the rest of the lagoon and the toilet blocks next to the ramp that the Sea Quest bioluminescence kayakers launch from. Yard was too cool to sit out in in the evenings in mid July, as no fires allowed, but the location……

“Perfect location for exploring Whitbey Island and surrounding areas. The cottage was perfect and on our arrival we found fresh cut flowers from the beautiful rose gardens. Juanita and Marty were the perfect hosts. We were nice and cozy in the evening and enjoyed seeing the area during the day. ”

“If you want a view of the sound that can’t be beat, this is the place for you. 10/10 would stay again!Our stay was excellent. House was pristine/clean condition when we arrived. On the warm side, but plenty of fans and open windows cooled everything off real quick. Bed and pillows made for a wonderful nights sleep as well.”
