「We were excited to stay with a super host rated, downtown located stay for our trip. On arrival, the first thing we see is dirty towels scattered around the bathroom in front of us. We continued to reluctantly search the space, as we were not sure if someone was still in the space, which as young woman was quite unnerving. From there we found garbage in all receptacles, almost all bedding and towels dirty, and hair and dirt on the floors. We couldn’t reach the host for 40 mins, (which the area...

「The room was clean. The check in process was poorly explained. You can’t check in till 4pm, but we thought it was 2pm. You have to go through the master bedroom to get to the restroom. And the elevator broke down during our stay. The location was good and close to the Market and Piers. 」

「The flat was perfect and had everything we needed in a great location around so many things to do. I unfortunately left some laundry in the dryer and the host happily helped me get my clothes back. I’ll be booking again this place again!!」
