"Overall it was a pleasant stay. Positives were that the room was very clean, AC worked very well, and bathroom had a large shower & sink with lots of space. A few minor issues were that the shower water frequently went from hot to cold and back again, the lights in the room were confusing to figure out, and the walls were paper thin enough to hear our (very noisy) neighbors wake us up when they came back in middle of the night. Also we had some needs from the front desk, but were not provided any info or phone numbers on how to reach the front desk, so had to leave room as a minor inconvenience. Lastly, this was purely situational, but when we stayed there, 2 out of 3 elevators were broken/under maintenance, so we had a longer wait time getting to/from our room. To give a clearer rating, I'd say overall comfort of room/experience was 4.5 out of 5, but functionality of room and general amenities were about 3.5 out of 5."
