"Wonderful hotel. I took a tour at Microsoft corporate HQ and stayed in this hotel, which is right by Line 2. If you prefer not to drive/Uber to Microsoft, this is an excellent location. Very cool design. Great, friendly staff. Amazing breakfast buffet."

"We never had issues staying at this property as I have left prior reviews, however, our last night, which was one of our most important nights to get sleep due to the 20+ hour drive we have the next day with children… the people saying next-door were extremely loud and being extremely disrespectful and sounded like they were tearing up the room almost all night into the early morning. We called downstairs several times to be told that the gentleman at the front was the only person there and he didn’t know what we expected him to do and that he apologizes that we had a busy day ahead and we had kids but there wasn’t anything he could assist with. He basically told us “that sucks”. So in hopes that there should be some coaching with the younger staff members on customer service and empathy, we will return…but if we have another experience like a rockstar night gone wrong next-door with no apology or anything to acknowledge understanding. I would advise not to stay, especially if you have children or plan to stay for work."

"Check in was a breeze, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. The property is quiet considering its proximity to the highway. Nice to have a small kitchen setup, however the fridge was super loud when it cycled on. I ended up turning off the fridge so I could sleep through the night. The cookies were wonderful and the take-away breakfast was adequate, with the basics such as cereal, juices, yogurt, individually wrapped muffins, bagels, waffles, etc. For the price I would stay here again."
