I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Seattle and looking for a place that's not too far from The Pike Place or the airport.」

「The host was welcoming, and a very good communicator. If I had questions, he was quick to respond. The apartment was well equipped and stocked with coffee, tea, and they needed condiments. The apartment was very clean. I would stay there on my next visit to Seattle if the occasion presented itself. Nothing but good things to say about the host and apartment.」

「Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. I think in the future we will need to consider this when booking accommodations in this area. Make sure the lodging comes with private parking. Otherwise, relatively clean and can’t beat the...

「We loved our stay at this home. Check in instructions were very easy and the host communicated quickly and clearly. This was a great location for exploring Seattle, everything we planned was a short walk or bus away, and it was nice being in the heart of town while also enjoying the quiet courtyard view. The snack basket was a lovely bonus!」

「Clean, spacious, and located in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. The outdoor space is private, peaceful, and very tastefully decorated along with the rest of the home. The space had two baby gates for the stairs which was extremely helpful. There were some minor cons. The wifi provided does have some stability issues and we had some appliance and app issues; things discussed with the host. Overall I'd highly recommend the stay and location.」
