Stood here for 4 nights and it was awesome! Great spot. Lots of parking. Only complaint was neighbors were making noise super early with tools. Other than that it was a great stay!

Great stay. The host was very responsive and space was beautiful. More than sufficient laundry facilities, privacy, and lovely location. The only drawback was parking. If you have no need for a vehicle, perfect otherwise you may need to hunt down a spot some days. It really depends on time of day and day of week. Street parking but it's free so that is a bonus. I met some really great fellow travelers as well.

Once I got the idea and realized who was communicating with me about checkin, it was great. I was very busy the day I needed to put in information and I didn’t even recognize the sender, so my husband was sent on a wild goose chase. I had to spend valuable time working through the details when normal places just allow a person to check in. The price would have been better if the cleaning fee spanned more days, but it was acceptable even for a single night. Parking was difficult. The place itself was great!

Overall I think this place was a good value for the money! The only notes I have is that the mattress could use to be rotated, as there was a very noticable slope that made it uncomfortable, and the table on the wall was wobbly. Otherwise everything was nice, parking wasn't too difficult and we enjoyed our stay

A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good.

I like the location for ease to get around and find places to get food and drink. I liked having a kitchenette for storing food and preparing. Having 2 sets of water and dryer on my floor at no cost was very convenient. There is a public pool across the street next to the High School, which you can swim laps if you want. The room and bathroom were clean. Parking on the street was easy to find a place close by.
It wasn't easy to check in to the room. There could have been better explanation on how to use the keypad lock.
The grass in front was to my knees and I was there 2 weeks and it still wasn't cut. How hard would it be to make the place look as good as every other house in the neighborhood. It's a small area it would take me less than 15 minutes to cut. All in all it was a great place to stay.

The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host (Vince) was fantastic. The shared communal area on the first floor looked very clean and modern with all of the appliances. The bedroom (Zumbo) on the second floor was very nice, clean, and modern as well. I liked that the room had a cooking area with a stove, microwave, minifridge, sink, and dishes to prepare food. I also really liked how clean, bright, and modern the bathroom was. I would definitely come back during my next visit to Seattle!

This property is a great value. I initially had trouble checking in, but that was my fault for not reviewing the information the owner sent to me in Expedia. I contacted the owner and they walked me through the process. The room is very well-equipped, especially for how small it is. I love the DeLonghi coffee maker! The property is in a densely populated neighborhood, as described in their information, so parking was difficult. It's Seattle after all. But once I got parking sorted, the rest of my stay was great. There are several restaurants in walking distance. I enjoyed a nice meal at a sports bar nearby. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I'd stay at Ballard Sweet Suites again.
