"Kyle is a fantastic host and his property was perfect for our 4th of July lake trip. The house was very clean and modern with very comfortable king beds in all three bedrooms. It was clear the property was recently renovated and had all the essentials for cooking/grilling and spending a few days on the lake. The property was perfect for a lake vacation with its own private cove and water toys (paddle board, kayak, and canoes) plus float pads. Kyle also rented us his tritoon boat that was fantastic for cruising around the lake and had a fantastic interior for all of our friends to enjoy. Overall fantastic place to stay on Lake Martin! "

"Very happy with this property. The beach was awesome, the house was just big enough for 3 of us, the location was convenient to a lot of things. The only 'complaint' I have is there was only one hanger in the whole place. I had to buy some hangers - I left them there for the next guests. The house could use a good deep cleaning - things like the doors, the cabinets, under the beds, etc. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!"

"We had absolutely no problems with our stay. Our room was spotless with plenty of room. The king size bed was very comfortable with several nice pillows. The bathroom was exceptionally clean & spacious. The continental breakfast had many items to choose from & was good & hot. The property itself was very clean & staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay at this location again."

"We love this house! Our family has stayed at this great house exclusively for the last 12 years for our long weekend getaways. The house is just what we want and need for our large family. I love sitting on the upper screened porch with my coffee and watch the sun rise over the lake. It’s the perfect way to start my day before we spend the day swimming off the dock and boating on the lake. The owner/host is always easy to communicate with if I have any questions and ensures the house is comfortable and ready for us. "
