Thank you for taking time to review our hotel. Unfortunately Hwy 280 is a busy hwy and can be noisy. Perhaps if you stay here again request back building further from road. I will have maitenance look at the bath fan and refrigerator as soon as room is empty. Did not know they were making noise. Some of the furniture does need updated. Beds are new. Recliners are a little warn. Hopefully the good outweighed the negative. Hope to welcome you again soon.

Dear Guest:When you checked out a day early I tried to explain to you that we are not allowed to give third party receipts to the guest. I explained to you that you would have to contact Expedia to let them know that you left a day early and that they would contact us.

I pulled out your folio and personally checked out room 204. Please contact the hotel at 256 234 7099. Im confused as to what the issues were. This room has new bed, new A/C & heat unit and looks good. I have a diamond guest who is here most weekends and requests this room. We want you to be happy. Please contact us.

We are so sorry you had a bad experience. I believe the owner spoke to you and gave you 5000 points as an incentive compensation. Let me assure you that all hotels occcassionally have this issue. Bed bugs are hitchhikers and people bring them in their luggage. We take this VERY seriously. The room you stayed in was taken out of service for multiple days and stripped entirely. Treated and retreated until the problem was irradicated then deep cleaned and is no longer an issue. Please know that this is not a common issue here and we apologize for this unfortunate experience.

No excuse but when the hotel is full and housekieeping has alot of check outs sometimes things get over looked. Guests often unplug the phones. Please try us again. Samuel, We are so distressed that you had that experience. Guests sometimes bring pests with them. Especially if they travel alot. We try to check rooms carefully to insure they are good. Let me assure you we have taken that room out of service and stripped and treated and thourghly cleaned it. It was out of service and worked on for 3 days. and reinspected to be sure the problem was irradicated. Unfortunately all hotels have this problem occassionly and it really is all in how we handle it. And believe me we take it very seriously. Again Our sincere apologies for this unfortunate experience.
