Top Alexander Hotel Reviews

Redclyffe Shore Motor Inn

Redclyffe Shore Motor Inn

10/10 Excellent
"Every time we go to Canada, we stop at Redclyffe. Very quaint and reminds me of motor lodges we stayed in as a kid. Very friendly staff, comfy beds, and a lovely view of the bay. No breakfast. Small coffee maker and a small microwave, but if you bring your own provisions, the room has a small table to have your own food and enjoy the view. It’s just a short drive outs aide of Calais, and easy to get to the border."

Relaxing rustic cabin on the lake 25 feet from the shore.

Relaxing rustic cabin on the lake 25 feet from the shore.

8/10 Good
"We loved being so close the the water, only steps away. The use of the canone and kayaks were a great way to explore. The cabin was big enough for our family with plenty of room on the screened porch. There are a few holes in the screen, allowing mosquitoes to come in. We saw loons, dear and a bald eagle which was exciting. My only concern was the cameras outside and the ring door camera. We felt like our coming and going were being monitored by the owners."

Secluded Lakefront, Dog-Friendly Cabin with Canoe, 7 Miles from the Ocean

8/10 Good
"This cabin ahas all the modern comfort you will need to enjoy your time at the lake. Our granddaughters loved it as well as our 2 labs. Anne was exceptional at quickly answering all our questions. The improvements that were made I believe in 2023, they definitely spared no expense they were done right and looks to have taken thought as to the comfort as well as the general beauty of it and keeping with nature and not destroying any of it, right down to the beautiful large boulders made into steps. We appreciated all that went into the remodel, and how well the cabin was stocked. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this little Beauty on the lake."

"Just a short drive from home for us, but our out of state family thoroughly enjoyed the property. The dock for boats is great, unable to back a boat trailer in so had to use the dam landing... not a big deal. all the rooms were comfy and just had a great week"
