“The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, making for a restful sleep. The main drawback is the layout—accessing the room directly through a sliding glass patio door left something to be desired in terms of security. Good for an overnight stay, but better lock features or entry setup would improve peace of mind.”

“My initial and only complaint was not having a mini fridge but then realized with wildlife that it was much smarter to have the cooler - I just thought there was no way a cooler would suffice but it was very efficient, albeit a bit too small. Adding included bags of Ice was a smart touch. For the price of the resort and it being an actual tent, I would've expected a bit more to the property - maybe like wood delivery service - but it was still beautiful and the tents are fantastic with……

“When we arrived in the room there was a strong odor, aside from cleaning supplies and mildew (common near the ocean) there was a stronger noxious odor. The front desk staff, didn't seem to care. We asked to be moved, and were eventually accommodated, although communication from the staff was marginal at best. This used to be one of our go-to Motel's but not anymore. There are so many options in Ogunquit/Wells, we will take out business somewhere else.”

“No one there to help with bags. If you are older and have a room on the second floor you are in your own. Grab and go breakfast was just ok. Linens are old and worn - Very off putting for me Shower products are cheap. Bring your own. The room was clean, view is beautiful , location convenient to Acadia park and the wedding venue I needed to go to. I thought it was way overpriced for what I got. I would rather stay further in and pay less for a regular hotel”

“it’s clean and fairly good location from the park. However, the room is so close and noisy to the traffic road, not sure if because my room is located at 1st floor. Also, the curtain not really covers the light well, it is blackout curtain, but I think the design not cover a while fair amount area that make the sunlight leak in easily.”

“We spend 2 nights for Labor Day weekend and we enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly and rooms were clean.”

“Room was not cleaned. Apparently you have to request to get a room cleaned. Also, had to pay $20 to check in an hour early even though the room was empty. Breakfast was packaged danish and coffee....thats it. The hotel has declined over the years as I have stayed there well over 20 years. May keep looking around, lots of B and Bs closer to the water.”
