“Clean, 4 pools, jacuzzi, beach across the street”

“This was a very needed break from the busy live we all seem to have these days. We spent this time to recharge and to explore Acadia National Park. Staff was very friendly and entire resort was very will well maintained. Pizza is great and daily breakfast is what you need for a day of adventure in the park. We will definitely return again.”

“This place is a joke ! If you want good customer service - this isn’t it. It’s clean but that’s its only benefit. I was told they would be able to facilitate a 2 pm check in. They were not. My room wasn’t ready for several hours after I arrived. I booked this place specifically for that reason as I had been up since 3am and wanted to sleep before hiking. Water bottle fill station had hot water coming out of it. No drinkable water / water bottles Coffee station was out of lids, trash is……

“the room was disgusting, smelled very musty and the ac unit was inefficient. the floors were filthy. we decided it was not healthy to breathe that all night, we checked out after three nights, a day early, and were told we could not be reimbursed for the night we did not stay. We went across the street to a much cleaner hotel and spent much less for a much better room”

“The location is great for visiting Acadia National Park, but overall our stay was average. The biggest issue was maintenance. Both the bathroom sink and bathtub were clogged and drained very slowly throughout our stay. Bedroom clean doesn't happen daily even we hang the please clean my room sign. Room also lacked some basic amenities that would have made it much more comfortable, such as a microwave, electric kettle, and a small desk. The lighting was also quite dim, making the room feel dark,……

“Our room was very clean and comfortable. We now know it is better to not get an ocean view because you still can’t see anything but parked vehicles right out front of your door. Towels were always out and we would have to wait till a new load was finished. The room location where we weee put was right next to the stairs, which are very loud and noisy. Probably a great place for families with children. If you want more of a relaxed atmosphere stay somewhere else!”

“Not a fancy, fussy place, but sweet and elegantly comfortable and welcoming. The location was kind of perfect. A wonderful feature was the lawn with nice chairs to just sit and watch the ocean.”
