“Because of an Amtrak delay due to trees falling on tracks on July 9th, we did not get to Ellsworth for the night we booked our suite. I called that evening and informed Dede, a desk clerk. She later told me that she spoke with the manager but was not able to get me any refund. I paid $275 for nothing for that first night —we paid for 3 nights-but stayed only 2. The place was nice, but I would not return.”

“Absolutely beautiful property! Lovely view of the ocean, places to sit and relax and a nice pool! The room was cozy, comfortable, and clean! We would definitely stay here again and stay for a longer period of time. Love the decor as well!”
