"To be honest the Casino was fun ...... I hadn't been a guest at the hotel until last night and ...... Im not very impressed. They wont allow you to charge food to your room. The food options are lacking... I also did not really enjoy that.I wasn't able to call down to the restaurant and have someone bring it up to my room for me... Honestly, you would think that a hotel that prides themselves on people literally blowing their money in their casino would amp up their customer servicee."

"Looking forward to staying again! Such a charming, old feel. Clean as they could be with the renovations. The outdoor heated pool was a fantastic treat after a day of skiing, wouldve loved a hot tub as well but made the best out of it! Great place!"
