“Host seemed annoyed that we reserved through Expedia. There were only two couples staying in the place and she stuck us both upstairs next to each other. We asked if another room was available but she said that because we reserved through Expedia she couldn’t switch our room. Didn’t make much sense. The place has a lot of character, but we wish the owner was more friendly/welcoming. Also, food was mediocre. It has been much better in past visits here. It’s like we were an annoyance to her this……

“Didn't get the usual email for the introduction into the rental. had to call the company and they sent me the information about the unit while I was standing there trying to get in. Never go the tv system in the basement to work. No instruction on how to use it. Kids wanted to watch a movie. spent half an hour trying to get it running finally gave up. the batteries where dead in one of the remotes and couldn't get it to the right input none of them worked for the system.
