“My family loved staying here! Having 2 bedrooms with a family of 5 was great. We loved that the pools closed a little later than most hotels, we had enough time to enjoy our day, get dinner, then go for a night swim. We borrowed dvds from the hotel to watch but the remote for the dvd player was missing but Desmond, the employee was great! He came to our condo immediately to try to help. We were able to figure out how to screen mirror our phone to be able to play a movie. Thank you! ”

“We attended a wedding at the hotel from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and inviting. The grounds provided plenty of seating areas for sitting quietly or with family. Our grandson loved the children's club an unexpected bonus. Latitudes was a great place for lunch as was marketplace for coffee. Our room was excellently appointed.
