「We had a very disappointing experience during our stay due to a serious error by the motel. At check-in, we were given a key and told our room was number 27. The key we were provided opened room 27, so naturally we assumed this was the correct room.
At around 1 a.m., another guest opened the door to enter our room, which was both frightening and unsettling. We then discovered that, despite being told we were in room 27, we were apparently supposed to be in room 26. The room number on the key tag...
