We stayed two nights at Otter Creek. Our room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The office staff were delightful and friendly. Great walk into “town” and free parking :)

Basic clean room. Staff is only present during the daytime. Pricey on the Holiday weekend. Close walk to downtown. Good parking. Toilets dont flush very well. Rusty faucets on bathtub. Boat and fishing dock. We stay every year.

Easy to find, walking distance from Alexandria Bay center. Very quiet, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, friendly and helpful staff. Not the fanciest decor, but really good value...and considering the location all you are likely do in the room is sleep!

staff were very friendly and helpful. parking was nice and easy to find. great location right near everything in alex bay. the room is simple and basic. i did find a tick in my bed, and the water temperature wasn’t great, but overall not bad for an inn.

The water view is a algaed “puddle”. There were boats being launched, which was interesting to watch. The sheets did not fit the bit, so within minutes of trying to go to sleep, you’d find yourself tangled in the bottom contour sheet that didn’t fit right.

Everyone we met from the staff was polite and accommodating. We parked right by the room. We had some much needed coffee and tea in the morning. It was a very relaxing place and we couldn't have been happier with all we found.

Second time staying here, unfortunately not as good of a stay this time. New owners. Beds this time were really uncomfortable. Also, after a long drive to arrive in A-Bay, it was really irritating to have to drive to another hotel to check in. Especially when towing a boat. Speaking of the boat, although they show the docks in just about every photo, they fail to mention there is a large docking fee for guests with boats. Also had to leave our trailer at yet a THIRD hotel. Really wish all this information was more upfront when booking. Unfortunately I think we will be booking elsewhere next time. Very disappointing since we really enjoyed our first stay here.

Friendly staff, convenient location was about the only positive things to this hotel. Facility is very outdated, water stain is obvious on ceiling tile, water condensation leaked from a very loud AC unit.
