Perfect location; short walk into Alexandria Bay or to Uncle Sam Boat Tours. Minor drawbacks (weirdly wrinkled carpet, for example), but the view of Boldt Castle and the blueberry pancakes at the restaurant more than make up for it.

The room was really nice. The bar and restaurant was superb. Each wait staff was friendly and helpful. There were a couple upgrades i would suggest. 1. New carpeting in the hallways and replace the towels for something softer, newer. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time. 5🌟

The hotel Is In a wonderful location. Its right on the St. Lawrence River. This hotel could be a very nice hotel. But Its run down and not kept. Our room had dirty windows, torn curtins. The hallway carpet was taped In locations. The elevator’s Interior was dusty and just overall not clean. We will not be returning to this hotel.
