Beautiful new quartz countertops in bathrooms & new flooring throughout home. There are TV’s in every bedroom & the living room. Internet is readily available. The boathouse is included in your stay at no extra cost! The boat house uses a garage door entry to the waterway and is accessed from the parking level with keyless entry. The front door is also keyless entry. Parking is guaranteed for one vehicle, and there is overflow parking on a first come first serve basis.
