"İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name...

"Room was clean, issue was water pressure in the shower, food service was extremely slow, more than an hour waiting for room service, by the time the food arrives it tastes terrible. Beach is very rocky, best to try the beaches at the neighbouring hotels"

"Excellent location . Very nice mix between the mall livelymood and thr hotel privacy . Excellent staff very helpful nice hospitality. Pools are just great. Soom corridors need more maintenance and specially the lift between second and first floor rooms . Also daily room cleaning needs to be more thorough ."

"The hotel was more than wonderful, starting from the warm welcome and smooth check-in process. The professionalism of the reception staff was outstanding, as was the excellent service in the restaurant and the great variety of food offered in the buffet. The housekeeping team and the generous hospitality of Madam Samia made the stay even more special. The hotel’s location in downtown Alexandria, directly on the seaside, is truly exceptional. Watching both the sunrise and sunset with a full panoramic view of the Eastern Harbor was breathtaking — from El Silsila and the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in the east all the way to the Citadel in the west. The deep blue color of the sea and the shimmering silver reflections of the sunlight on the water created an unforgettable scene. Being located in Ramleh Station, a major transportation hub, the hotel is surrounded by countless restaurants, entertainment venues, and cinemas. The historical charm of the area and Saad Zaghloul Square add even more character to the experience. The hotel’s classic architectural design carries the elegance and history of the early twentieth century, with magnificent wood craftsmanship throughout the property. Many important historical figures stayed at this hotel, including Sir Winston Churchill and the world-famous boxer Muhammad Ali. I was fortunate enough to stay in the spacious Taha Hussein Room, which had a magnificent view. This is truly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in across"
