It was a beautiful place to stay. The room was clean. The lake view, even in the winter is really pretty. The kids loved the water park. Would definitely recommend!

Our room was nice, big and clean. The property seems well maintained and quiet. Staff was helpful. On the down side, both sinks were clogged, but Front desk found us a plunger and we got it cleared. We came for a 2 day bike trip and will stay again on our next trip to Alexandra.

Property is outdated. Needs a lot of work. No fan in bathroom, rooms smell mildewy, toilets don’t flush well, rooms are very dark…fixtures and lighting need updated. Staff was nice & polite. Felt safe.
