Amazing hotel. Absolutely stunning only negative is the beach was very wavey due to strong winds during our stay. The 7 pools made up for it. Hotel is spotless and very clean.

We have stayed at many hotels in Egypt and this is by far one of the best ones ! The beach is beautiful and spacious . The food is great , way above average for hotels in Egypt . The kids club, programming and playground are also very good. Great service and staff . Clean , well kept . There are many pools and options for the whole family . We very much appreciated the customer service from Mr. Galal . This hotel is amazing and we are hoping to return many times !

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special — truly some of the most accommodating people we’ve ever met. As a lovely surprise, they even comped our dinner at the Italian restaurant, which isn’t part of the all-inclusive package. It was an incredible experience — highly recommend it if you enjoy Italian seafood with a creative Egyptian twist. Definitely a must-try! The property itself is beautiful and impressively maintained. There are seven pools, each spotless and well-staffed, offering something for everyone — whether you’re looking to relax or have a bit of fun. The Meditation Beach is another highlight: peaceful, clean, and perfectly kept, ideal for unwinding and taking in the views. Evenings are lively and full of energy — they host DJ parties for both kids and adults every night, which really add a fun and refreshing vibe to the stay. It’s a great way to break the routine and make lasting memories. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hospitality, atmosphere, and attention to detail make this resort a place we’ll definitely return to.

I stayed 3 nights at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sidi Heneish and absolutely loved it. The beach was beautiful — very clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were super friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better. The food was excellent with great variety and quality at every meal. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtful. Overall, it was a wonderful escape. I’d definitely come back again!

We loved the cleanliness of the entire property, the rooms, multiple pools, and the beautiful beach. The cafeteria dining was excellent. I tried to get a limo service but the concierge was not helpful in providing me a car service; even though it was available. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, we’ll be back.

It's not bad for a one-time experience. It is an okay resort, but you need a car to travel from your closest airport. The pricing for that hotel was super high, considering that it is a third-world country. The room phone was down the whole trip, and it was always challenging to communicate with the staff. The standards for five hotel stars are on point from an amenity perspective, but staff needs to learn how to communicate and follow standards. I had to ask for towels repeatedly and the phone to be repaired. I also got zapped with electricity in the room from the light switch. I paid $630, and the friend paid only 9000 Egyptian pounds, which is equivalent to $189 for the same style room and same time frame. I feel robbed, but oh well
