Very Disappointing Experience – Royal Sea View Hotel
I reserved 3 nights at Royal Sea View Hotel, but the experience was so disappointing that I stayed only one night and left.
The receptionist and hotel staff were very unprofessional and unhelpful. The overall cleanliness was also far below an acceptable hotel standard.
• The pillows appeared to have mold, which is completely unacceptable.
• The refrigerator was rusty and in poor condition.
• The bathroom towels were very dirty and covered with stains. They were supposed to be white, but looked gray and badly used.
• The elevator was not automatic and required an employee to operate it. However, staff were not always available, especially at night, making it very inconvenient.
• The general cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were poor.
For the price and the fact that this is supposed to be a hotel, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and maintenance.
I booked three nights but could not stay beyond the first night because of the poor conditions. I would not recommend this hotel unless management makes significant improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
