“Nice standard of new accommodation that also doubles up as student accommodation. Friendly helpful staff at reception and the hotel is very near the Empalme station.
There is a restaurant that does a buffet style breakfast and evening meals.
There are some restaurants and bars around 10 minutes away, although I dare say most will opt for the short journey into town.
Overall a good place to stay in Valencia.”

“The flat was very modern, clean with a great location. Easy to grab the tram, get groceries and walk to dinner or coffee. Great shower, full size fridge and two TVs . Felt very safe and comfy. Highly recommend.!”

“The facilities and the look of the apartment is very basic. But it is value for money, you have stove, fridge, cooking utensils and glasses/ plates. There is a supermarket nearby too. But if you don’t drive, it will be a bit inconvenient. ”

“Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around……

“La casa está genial, son habitaciones amplias donde cada uno tiene su aire acondicionado, así como el salón. Cocina completa y espaciosa. El jardín es agradable, la zona del porche también está muy bien.No fue mi caso pero la casa está genial para ir con niños, piscina limpia y vallada, juegos, espacios dedicados.La anfitriona estuvo pendiente de nosotros, y nos permitió salir más tarde para mayor comodidad.”

“Valencia was our 3rd stop after Madrid and Barcelona. The unit a was apparently a converted store front a few blocks back from the beach and boardwalk. It had everything we needed including a washer/dryer combo unit. It took a while to dry clothes but worked well otherwise. The bed was very comfortable. The unit is on ground level of a somewhat busy street so there is some noise to deal with but this didn't turn out to be an issue for us. Be aware restaurants near by tend to close earlier than……

“Cassa Emma is in the farm area with orange trees, potatoes, and cabbage growing near by. However, a five minute drive and you are at the metro to take you into the heart of Valencia. Had a great time in the city, but It was always nice to come home to the quiet and tranquility of the country.”

“The photos of this property do not do it justice! The outside area is stunning; the pool area (incredible) and long dining table are where our big group of friends spent the majority of our time and we had a brilliant time, the surroundings are also very picturesque. We were a group of 19 and had plenty of space, though be aware that not all of the rooms have air con. The biggest room is particularly grand! “Overall the villa was excellent.
My one complaint would be that the kitchen cupboards and drawers are all very badly organised.
Crockery, cutlery and saucepans all mixed together in various places and very little room in them to actually put any food away. Meaning it always looked untidy.
Also, the ice maker on the fridge leaked constantly, meaning a cloth had to be kept under it.
However, apart from that we were very pleased.”

"I happened to experienced Storm Dana. After I checked out, my flight was canceled due to the storm, the road to the airport was blocked. I’d to go back to the hotel, but I was told by a lady reception the hotel was fully booked. No room was available.
I was really disappointed since all the hotel in area was fully booked.
And then a hotel guest noticed the conversation and telling me he’s cancelling his booking and going to Barcelona. And then a male reception (black curly hair) was very nice even send a staff to look for another already clean room for me for faster check in.
I’m very thankful for those who help us in need.
As the hotel room, it’s simple room but clean. "
