Very classy and immaculate. Excellent sea views from room and balcony. Very warm reception from host and very good breakfast.. having a car to drive around is highly recommended since there are not much activities close by.

The room was excellent, the host (Rafaella?) an absolute star, such a friendly atmosphere. Breakfast on the patio was really good and the breakfast menu has enough options. The only small criticism is the Internet connection, it's either way too slow or breaks down.

Our aim to stay this villa is to spent our time calmly by watching nice sea view from clean,comfortable room. On this point, here is perfect and owner is very kind though she stays day time only. There are some restarants and bars and small mini store nearby but cannot be chosy. Alghelo town is 7-10 minutes drive from here. Conclusion is this is very nice place and we would like to come again.

Located on the shore in Fertilia, a few kms distant from Alghero and, even closer to the airport. A charming property, that was an ideal last night on the island. The room was attractive, spotless, and cleverly laid out. The view over the bay is grand. The property is a short walk from a strip of restaurants and bar, but the neighborhood for the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was a special surprise. Rafaella offered us, the only guests, a breakfast comparable to what would be presented to a full house. Only sorry that our stay was so brief.

Waterfront room with balcony

This is a wonderful place to stay. The room was of good size with a closet and mini-fridge. I had a very nice view from the room or sit on the balcony and it is a waterfront location. Easy access to the water but no sand so bring some water shoes for trouble free walking on the rocky surfaces. Rafaella was always at the terrace in the morning to greet you at breakfast. There is a small grocery a very short walk away, along with several places to eat and drink in easy walking distance. I will stay here the next time I come to Fertilia.

A great place to enjoy! The view of the sea from the hotel is just breathtaking. Neighborhood is so so but quiet. If you have a car, then it's all good.

Rafaella was great with communication and getting our room ready. We stayed in the Lucia room and it had the perfect view of everything. We actually stayed in one day just to enjoy it. Breakfast was amazing.

My wife and I loved our stay at Villa Grachira! From the moment of our arrival, Rafaela welcomed warmly and showed us to our oceanfront room. We had our own balcony with a table and two chairs, the room was well designed and clean. The morning continental breakfast was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The views in this property are incredible, from everywhere. The rocky beach area is gorgeous and there is two beaches within a 10 walk minute walk. I really enjoyed the breakfast also, lovely selection. The host is really helpful, the rooms and bathrooms are lovely and cleaned to perfection daily. The balcony view is amazing.

The accommodation was in a slightly remote area, but the room was clean and just like in the pictures. The view was amazing. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was a bit limited, and there were bee on the breakfast terrace. However, we were able to eat breakfast on our own balcony, where there were no bee. A good experience overall.

A real gem

A super nice and very tastefully decorated Mediterranean villa, with great art pictures and furniture. Everything was sparkling clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. We'd like to thank Rafaella for her warmth and hospitality. We'll be more than happy to come back soon.

nous avons passé un séjour agréable. L’hôtel est très très propre le personnel agréable et à l’écoute. Malheureusement les Cartier est très simple mais ça nous a pas dérangé car nous avons beaucoup visité profité des plages dans alentours et rentrer dans l’appartement. Calme avec la vie sur la mer.

Im Prinzip gibt es an der Unterkunft nichts zu kritisieren. Personal ist freundlich. Zimmer sauber. Man hat Meerblick vom Balkon. Frühstück ist OK. Aber der Preis ist einfach zu hoch für das was geboten wird. Daher wir können es weiterempfehlen, wenn man bereit so viel Geld zu zahlen.

Absolute Spitzenklasse

Rafaela ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin. Wegen einer Verspätung wurde der Schlüssel mit Code hinterlegt. Das Zimmer hatte einen direkten Meerblick. Vom Balkon konnte man die Stadt Alghero sehen. Man muss allerdings einen Mietwagen haben , um die Sandstrände zu erreichen. Man kann auch den Bus nehmen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls hervorragend. Es gab sehr vielfältige Speisen. Wer hier nichts für sich findet, dem kann keiner mehr helfen. Etwas schwierig war der Zugang über den Felsstrand ins Meer. Da muss man man körperlich schon fit sein, um dies zu bewältigen. Etwas störend waren auch die Möwen, die gerne mal ihren Kot im Vorbeiflug auf der Veranda hinterließen. Ich würde aber jederzeit wiederkommen. Es war ein erlebnis.

Super cool views over the med

Fabulous hotel, beautiful location, spotlessly clean fantastic host. Rafaela was terrific and very communicative. Staff were also very attentive .Breakfast was superb views wonderful I would definitely stay there again. In room beverages very well priced overall very good value for money it’s a definite yes!
