We had a very nice stay over. Tidy and clean outside, accommodating staff at check in. The room was clean, huge, quiet and a comfy bed. Hotel is just across from Grotto of the Redemption a must see just after sunset also. Staff is friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast has a lot to choose from and a large indoor heated pool too. A very cozy, welcoming and clean hotel.

This place was SO clean, peaceful, and homey... slept wonderfully. The shower is fantastic! We had a wonderful stay, and the greeter yellow lab was so sweet. Would stay here again anytime!

Staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. We arrived late at 8:30pm and at check-in we were upgraded to a suite because of king beds being sold out as we originally reserved. My wife loved the room decor, this suite was the “American Suite” very patriotic and comfortable!! Thank you so much!!

It’s was the slow season. We were served donuts and rolls. The room was very clean. The area is quiet and very relaxed. I didn’t use the pool but it was very clean.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was very clean, our room was decorated for July 4th. It was nice and big. The king size bed needs to be replaced. I couldn't sleep on it after 3 hours and ended up sleeping on the futton. My husband woke with a back ache. Very close to Grotto. Breakfast was coffee and items full of sugar.

The keeper was friendly, informative and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was continental style. Filling. The cinnamon rolls were excellent. The pool was clean and temperature was comfortable. If we are ever in West Bend again we will stay here again! T here Wagonwheel resturant had fantastic roasted potatoes and 3 pieces of chicken with roll and coleslaw slaw for under $15.00 As strangers in a small town everyone we met was friendly.

EXCELLENT. Perfect spot to spend a weekend with the shrine and take a trip to local sites. I have been on a 2000-mile cycle ride, and being at the Park View was the perfect tonic to what had been really challenging. The team were exceptional and without a doubt the best I have experienced in any place I've stayed. It really is a home from home. Breakfast is continental and perfect for me. They have a dog called Howie, who is the most wonderful dog, so human and really lovely. Even if you weren't a dog lover, you would struggle not to love Howie. The room and entire hotel are exceptionally clean and well-kept.
