Everything was as described in the VRBO listing. This place was a very nice place to stay. Despite the size of the cabin there was lots of room. the owners were very informative and friendly, and easy to communicate with. We would recommend and stay here again! Excellent!

Relaxing

Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for everyone. Our favorite place in the house was the back room with a wonderful view. Played games on the high top table. Dinner was outside on the patio. Mosquitos forced us in but that is expected. The water was clear and the bottom was sandy. Just a relaxing place to stay.

Cute and cozy cottage on the lake. Great location. We swam in the clear water with sandy bottom by the dock, sat and boat watched, and kayaked in the close by channels and nature preserve. Everything you need to prepare your meals at the cabin. Beautiful neighborhoods to take walks in. My son caught a pike and a small mouth bass off the dock. Everything you could want for a relaxing vacation at a beautiful Michigan lake. The owner of this cottage wants you to have a wonderful stay. She is quick to respond, and tells you everything you need to know about the cabin and area.

Boys Fishing Trip

We brought 2 boats and 6 adults on a fiahing trip. Property fit us perfectly, including parking trailers and individual bedrooms for the older gents. Hosts were great to work through the details prior to checkin. Great stay.

Cottage with a view

Great cottage on the channel. Outdoor amenities were superb. Dock, swimming, firepit, etc. Cottage slept us all comfortably with a great big bunk room upstairs for the kids. Thanks again!

5 of us stayed there for a fishing tournament. House has plenty of room for anglers. You can squeeze in 3 truck/boat combos. Dock on nort ,channel with room for 4-6 bass boats. Fully stocked kitchen.

Beautiful location, cozy clean cottage

We had 2 adult couples, 2- 14 year olds(twins), and 2 dogs. The location was perfect for us. We like to fish, swim, and go on boat rides. The water here is absolutely beautiful (teal), our daughters loved to dive and swim off the dock. The bottom is sand. The adults stayed in the bottom 2 bedrooms, while the twins slept upstairs. The upstairs is very roomy( 6 beds). The girls enjoyed thier own space. We all brought our passport cards and we took a day to take the ferry to Canada. The area is very clean and very nice neighbors. The environment is very relaxing. Perfect for a family vacation. I would definitely recommend this house to others. Cori was very helpful and has great communication skills.

Guys Weekend

First, Cori was a great host. Called a week before stay to make sure I had all the necessary details as well as answer any questions I had and was quick to answer for when I did along the way. The house was perfect! Some places that say sleeps 8-10, cannot actually sleep 8-10. There is a bed here for everyone if that is what you are looking for. Comfortable too! Bathrooms were not only clean but spacious and great showers. Perfect place to put the boats in for the weekend, fish, or have a relaxing time in the big yard playing games. If you plan to cook, it will be easy with a lot of counter space, utensils available and more bowls the I could count. I couldn’t of been happier about that. I can’t stress enough how much I would recommend Cori’s place. Either it be a family trip to relax or a guys/girls weekend to just hangout and have fun by the Fire and Water, where everyone can sleep comfortably it’s the choice to make. Thanks so much!

Great time on the water!

Our family had a great time enjoying the memorial day weekend weather and hanging out on the lake. We grilled in the sunshine, fished and the neighbors were friendly as well. We also had easy access to Muscamoot Bay, we spent a day hanging out on the sandbars in a pontoon. There's a Kroger and restaurants nearby, so it's also convenient for groceries and whatnot. The host was very helpful and easy to work with. The amenities were great and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot for Boaters

We had such a great stay here - cozy for just my husband and I but roomy enough for 2-3 couples with kids. The kitchen layout was well thought out and fully stocked, and the back sunroom was so perfect for our morning coffee. Plenty of dock space for our two boats, with whips too. We’ll totally be back!

Absolutely Perfect

I had a good feeling about this house when the owner gave me a call when I asked just a few questions through the VRBO app. We probably chatted for about an hour total and she was super nice. We had a large group with a few boats for a hunting trip. None of us have been to the area and she provided more information than I needed which was phenomenal. They cleared out garage space for us, made arrangements for our trailers and we docked our boats during our stay on their beautiful dock. The house was beautiful and full of amenities. She walked through everything in the house with us and even got us in early for check in. She checked on us through text to make sure everything was going well and hooked us up with some hunting tips since it was our first time. I have no complaints at all. I will be returning again if they will have us again. Thanks so much for everything, and thanks for your patience with us as well. Your home is beautiful and provided eveything and more.

Perfect for family get together!
