Vacaciones maravillosas

nous avons passé un séjour magnifique. La maison est spacieuse, agréable à vivre et très bien située, proche des principaux centre d'interêt de la région. Maison très propre; propriétaire et employés sont aux petits soins. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire Micaela; très sympathique. beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur. Le descriptif de la maison correspond à la réalité. Maison joliment décorée. Nous avons bien l'intention d'y retourner! Amitiés Christine GUERIN

Die Besitzerin ist einfach unmöglich und verleidet das Vergnügen

Aufgrund von Platzmangel kann ich mich hier leider nur auf das Wesentliche beschränken. Die Beschreibung des Hauses und auch die eingestellten Photos entsprechen zum Teil nicht der Wahrheit. Es gibt keinen Trockner, es gibt keine Garage, die Küche ist minimalistisch eingerichtet. Habe etliches gekauft und da gelassen wie Siebe, Orangenpresse,Schüsseln, Auflaufform. Auf dem Photo ist ein weißer Hund im saftigen Gras zu sehen. In Wahrheit ist das eine Steppe.Entweder war das ein Kunstrasen oder ein bearbeitetes Photo. Ich kann alles mit Photos und Zeugen belegen. Das permanente, aggressive Hundegebell in der Umgebung ist Tag und Nacht zu hören. Die "Pension zur Waldesruh" ist es trotz Olivenhain definitiv nicht. Es gibt weder wie beschrieben Obstbäume ( ein kleiner Orangenbaum mit sauren Früchten ist vorhanden) noch Avocadobäume. Die Erreichbarkeit ist ausschließlich mit dem Auto möglich und zwar das letzte Stück zum Haus nur auf einem unbefestigten Weg.Warum in der Beschreibung steht, es gäbe eine Busverbindung, ist mir schleierhaft.Der " Chef des Hauses " ,die Putzperle und das gesamte Personal waren stets ausnehmend freundlich und erreichbar. Die Besitzerin selbst das glatte Gegenteil. Mir gegenüber war sie belehrend und unfreundlich und telefonisch einfach nicht erreichbar. Diese Tatsache ist der Hauptgrund warum ich dieses Haus sicher nicht empfehlen kann. Sehr schade!

Pefekt für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Alhaurin el Grande. Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Es liegt ruhig inmitten eines Olivenhains. Von den wenigen Nachbarn bekommt man kaum etwas mit. Der Ort ist mit dem Auto kanpp 5 Minuten entfernt. Micalea war eine fantastische Gastgeberin die jede noch so klaeine Anfrage prompt erledigte. Wenn man mit der Familie ruhige Tage am Pool verbringen möchte, ist dies der perfekt Ort.

Amazing place on Earth

We fully recommend the property. View of the surrounding area is amazing. Location for us was perfect, close to the city of Alhaurin el Grande, but far enough at the same time to feel a nature, silence and privacy. In our opinion it's a good starting point to reach out near by places like Caminito del Rey, Ronda, Marbella, Juzcar, Senetil and even west coast to visit Tarifa and Ocean. Micaela as the owner of the property is absolutely great and fully profesional. Property in 100% fullfiled our needs and requirements. Depth of the pool is on the "safe level" - good for kids joy and play. All kinds of tools that we needed were there (kitchen/grill stuff, sunbeds, air cond, hammock etc.). We really enjoyed the stay, the place and contact with Micaela.

El alojamiento es perfecto para poder disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas , es un buen punto para poder desplazarte para ver sitios de Málaga sin recorrer muchos kilómetros

Buen lugar pero malas formas en la comunicación con la dueña

En general la estancia ha estado bien. No obstante, tuvimos problemas con la dueña de la casa. Cuando llegamos con los coches, la dueña nos vio de lejos. A pesar de que la llamábamos por el móvil no cogía el teléfono y nos gritaba de malas formas que nos esperásemos. tardaron unos diez minutos en atendernos. Luego vino una mujer que nos enseñó todo y fue muy amable con nosotros. En la estancia pone que es apto para mascotas y a pesar de esto la dueña se presentó a las doce de la noche a decirnos de malas formas que qué hacían nuestras mascotas allí. También al decirle que el campo estaba seco y no como aparecía en las fotos indicó por escrito de malas maneras que “no era un hotel de cinco estrellas” y, a malas, que si queríamos nos regalaba unas chanclas para que no nos pinchásemos con el terreno. Nuevamente en otra ocasión cuando sacamos a los perros en el coche nos insistió en que los perros estaban en la parte de fuera…. Solo estuvieron dos minutos y para entrar en el coche. En general, ha sido desagradable el trato con la dueña y sus formas. En ese sentido no repetiremos y no recomendamos coger esta estancia si se quiere desconectar y no tener problemas con nadie.

Casa muy cómoda y limpia

Si buscas una estancia en el campo pero bien comunicado el lugar es perfecto, puedes disfrutar de tu piscina privada y de los olivos que la rodean y a su vez estás cerca de casi todo .
