Thoroughly enjoyed the stay here. Travelled with my mom who needs wheel chair and the whole property is wheel chair friendly and the staff is very helpful and courteous. Food is delicious and there a lot of options.

Not a good stay!
No hand towels, no tissues. On asking for mini bar items, they said no consumption so they don’t keep mini bar. On ordering room service, no cutlery or extra Bowls were sent. No salad or condiments sent with the Indian food. We were not given late check out due to entire hotel being booked for an event, however availability was there for all rooms online.

I have stayed on many brands of 5 star hotels and resorts. My fair comment: the room amenities are done well but the whole overall hotel fall short of a real international 5 stars standard. The breakfast was short with little varieties of choices of food. Being near the beach, surprisingly the hotel cut cost on seafood dishes. The Hotel restaurant Verandah serve pancake but we cannot find honey which it took them ages to bring some to us. The staff around the hotel don't greet guests when they see them. The staff in general are not really friendly except only for the team in Concierge who are quite on the ball and the housekeeping who are responsive. The hotel toilets are not really clean, the corners are with fungus.

Service at all the restaurants was pathetic. Even though restaurants were not crowded, they took a long time to bring our food. I had to follow up with them three-four times before we got our food. There is a mosquito problem at the property, so we had to keep our balcony doors closed at all times. The mosquito racket and mosquito repellent in the room were not working. Even after calling the lobby, they did not provide replacement that night. The bathroom was smelly when we first entered the room, which they fixed with the help of a freshner the next day.

ROOM WAS SPOILER
IT WAS A NICE STAY BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE WALLS OF THE ROOM ARE SO THIN AND NOT INSULATED THAT EVEN NORMAL TALKING IN THE ROOMS IS HEARD TO NEIGHBORING ROOMS AND ON HOLIDAY WE COULD NOT TALK WITH THE FRIENDS INSIDE OUR ROOM AS LOW LEVEL TALKS WOULD DISTURB THE NEIGHBOR AND THEY WOULD COMPLAIN THIS REALLY WAS A SPOILER

Property has good green lawns and outdoor sports. However the outdoor sports area has a very bad access and is away from the rest of the property. The check in check out process is very inefficient, staff was not enforcing social distancing norms during this time at all. Restaurant was crowded, saw several people without masks at all common areas of the property. We were not comfortable stepping out of our room due to this crowding at restaurants and lobby. Room service was good. Room is well maintained and nice.
