高級旅館的定價，卻只有商務旅館的品質，地點略遜(離沙灘與主要觀光地區略遠)，標準房的配備與大小都很商務，早餐也僅聊備一格，菜色選擇過少，游泳池更是小到不行

The hotel was clean with nice rooms and public spaces. Nice breakfast and a sauna/jacuzzi for guests. It is 15 mins to the old town, a pleasant walk on the promenade. The restaurant in the hotel was nice too, we had to eat there a couple of evenings. Overall we had a really nice stay, I would stay there again!

El personal de la cafetería y recepción muy amables.La limpieza de las habitaciones muy muy buena,la habitación familiar muy grande.Mucho mejor que lo esperábamos la verdad.No le faltaba ningun detalle, botellines de agua de cortesía también máquina para tomar café, infusiones etc Volveremos sin duda.

Great hotel but needs better management of staff.
This is a lovely hotel, very modern, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again apart from one thing. The staff at the breakfast buffet every morning were shocking. They stand around talking to each other and leave tables uncleared for long periods. When you ask for anything you feel like you are an inconvenience to them and they are so abrupt. This spoilt my stay at the hotel.

Superb hotel close to city center
An excellent choice for a short break in Alicante. The Marina, Beach, Castle and city Centre all walkable within 10 - 20 minutes from this hotel. Hotel has a rooftop pool with fantastic views and a jacuzzi and steam room on the sixth floor again with good views. Hotel restaurant and bar are comfortable with good service, good food and sensibly priced too. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Reception staff also very helpful. Would definitely use this AC Marriott hotel again if in Alicante.

Lovely hotel and its staff and facilities
What an amazing place. Lovely and welcoming staff, excellent in their manners, lovely feel, brilliant breakfast, clean rooms and excellent toilet/bath facilities. Prime location too that was a great help. Silvia at reception and all her colleagues, Gracias por la hospitalidad! If i do return to Alaqant, I shall definitely endeavour to stay at your lovely hotel.

Very, very slow check on with trainee, being supervised. Given check-in paperwork in Spanish despite UK passport, had to ask for English. Building site next outside room 302. Despite green lights on sockets, USB and power sockets didn't charge in the far right of room. Channels 1-60 and not a single in English. Not suitable for international travellers based on above.

Hotelli ja huone oli erittäin siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamiaishuoneen tummahiuksinen lettipäinen, aina aurinkoinen ja iloinen tyttö ansaitsee erityiskiitokset! Aamiainenkin oli runsas. Kaikki toimi loistavasti. Marriott on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä ruokapaikoista ja keskustasta. Altaalle kannattaisi laittaa huomiokyltti suihkusta...harva kävi suihkussa, menivät hikisinä altaaseen.. Suosittelen lämpimästi hotellia.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and excellent service. My only criticism is that the hotel is still currently under construction so I was woken up by the sound of diesel generators every morning. Hopefully this issue will be sorted when the construction is complete.

Olin peloissani hotellissa koska huoneesta laukusta varastettiin aamiaisella käynnin aikana lompakosta rahaa. Hotellin vastaanotossa asiaan suhtauduttiin ylimielisesti ja sanottiin että huoneessa voi käydä ketä vain?! viemärit ei vetänyt suihkussa. Rakennus työmaat herätti aamulla aikaisin kovaan meteliin. Aamiainen oli hyvin yksinkertainen ja useat ruokalajit oli loppu. Altailla lattiat pinnat likaiset sekä epäsiistit. Kuntosali pieni ja kuuma. Poreallas haisi voimakkaalta kloorilta eikä sinne tehnyt mieli mennä. Sauna ei ollut päällä.
