The property is located in a residential area with detached houses Where You Can Have a very pleasant and quiet walk to the Cape "Cabo de las Huertas" and look at the different sights near the lighthouse. You can enjoy Also walkings along the beach or the promenade; more than 6 km of beach with golden sands and a mediterranean sea with clean waters are waiting your visit. Have a look to the shops, taste quality food in our restaurants and of course swim in the Mediterranean Sea or even Practise acuatic sports.

Très bon logement !
Nous sommes venus avec mes beaux parents et mes deux enfants de 4 et 6 ans pour le mariage de ma belle sœur.
Nous avons passé 5 jours environ dans ce logement et c'était très bien !
Les couchages sont bons et propres, l'appartement est très bien situé avec une belle vue, le coin est sympa et proche de la plage et enfin le propriétaire est vraiment super !
Il est très à l'écoute, répond très rapidement aux messages, disponible pour quoi que ce soit avant ou pendant et très arrangeant.
Merci pour ces 5 jours à San Juan !

Great location lovely apartment
We stayed at this property for a week from the 7th July 2018. We were met at the apartment by Nuria who was lovely. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the location was fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation

Excellent apartment in a quiet part of town
The apartment is modern, clean and well maintained with all necessary facilities. The views are lovely. The photos do not do it justice! It is situated in a quiet residential suburb but within easy walking distance of restaurants and the sea front. Bus and tram links in to Alicante are also nearby, along with very reasonably priced cycle hire.
The owner could not have been more helpful and prompt during the booking process. Our flight was delayed by five hours on the day of arrival. Nuria, our host, was so helpful and accommodating in arranging to meet us at nearly 10pm; nothing was too much trouble for her.
We would definitely recommend staying here and would visit again.

Beautiful apartment close to Playa de San Juan
Although we only could stay 5 days, we really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It would be perfectly suited for longer stays as well. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious - we were 5 People and fitted easily. Especially the balcony has an amazing view.
Before our arrival Javier contacted me via WhatsApp and gave me helpful information about the apartment and Alicante. He and Nuria provided us a excellent service all the time while being guests in the apartment.
The apartment's location is perfect for spending a day at Playa de San Juan. Various supermarkets and restaurants are close. It is also very comfortable to reach the center of Alicante or Castle Santa Bárbara with the tram. Tickets can be easily bought on-board.
In summary I can highly recommend Javier's apartment. We all want to say thank you for our stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay.
The apartment is clean, bright and pretty and we loved the complementary coffeecups! The neighbourhood is residential and quiet and the bakery is just a few minutes walk away. The closest beach is at the start of the boulevard which runs all the way to El Compello and which we thought a nice spot. You walk there in under 10 minutes.
