Helpful staff and very good transport links.

I found the hotel staff really friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The proximity to the beach, buses, tram and restaurants was amazing. I can highly recommend this hotel as a base.

This hotel was very successful for us, on our first visit to Alicante. It is away from the city centre, in a predominantly residential area. It is a short walk to the lovely sandy beach, and most of all (as we wanted to explore) buses and trams are very close to the hotel. The buses and trams in the area are super efficient. All in all a very good experience.

It is a lovely hotel in a great location for beach bars restaurants etc, bus stop directly in front of the hotel & tram stop is only 5 min walk ideal if you want to travel to Alicante, the bus only takes 25 mins to the heart of town. St Juan has a fantastic sandy beach & that is the main attraction it’s a fairly quiet area perfect if you just want a relaxing beach holiday

Really nice hotel in quiet part of Alicante Near trams and has a bus stop outside hotel which makes travelling easy Beach is kept really clean a few bars locally but these close quite early

The hotel was very located you have everything near by restaurant,bar, stores the beach etc, the only misrepresentations is the photos you have in the description i thought it was in front of the beach but is NOT is a 2 blocks and you have to pay 2 euros per towel

This hotel was great and everything it advertised. Right across the street from the beach, parking was easy, the staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were spacious and the AC was strong, which was appreciated with the heat outside. 10/10 would recommend.

Basic but clean hotel close to trams

Hotel Castilla is a basic hotel which is receiving upgrading. Although it did not interrupt our stay. The beds were basic single beds that were a bit flimsy as they moved as soon as you sat or lay on them. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was again just basic continental and scrambled or fried eggs. There was lots of choice so always something to eat. Dinner was a set menu to choose from two starters and two mains. Food was ok nothing spectacular. Trans were located right outside and were easy to navigate around. Overall an ok hotel.

Great location Great front desk, friendly, and their 24 seven no issue with my very late check-in Had a great balcony, huge Only drawback are queen. Size bed was split into two twins, leaving a very uncomfortable Twins us the very uncomfortable crevice in between the safe that was in the room was actually an additional cost. It’s not the two euro fee every day every day rental. It was the nickel and dime the guest that we didn’t like. The entire hotel reeked of construction and chemicals, especially the threshold to our room The very beautiful marble floor was extremely slick and my partner did slide getting out of the Shower Overall, I probably would book elsewhere in Alicante, but the price was very reasonable all in all two stars I recommend booking elsewhere

everything was good, some items of breakfast are available just first day ,but I liked them. especially cheese, they were very nice and delicious. room was clean just need sliders. about balcony; although we just have a small seaview, I liked it. it was absolutly what explained on the advertisement. thanks
