不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
This so call hotel is more like a Motel!!!!!
It looks so beautiful on the website but it’s actually nothing like what the pictures on the website look's like.
As my family & l approached the hotel, we thought it was ABANDONED!!!!
We got there and checked into the room and to our dismay it was horrible. Nevertheless, we decided to stay and just relax herself. The Entire area look as it is desolate. There’s a lot of rundown buildings. Just nothing that I was expecting according to the pictures and pictures of surrounding areas that they showcase.
We went to sleep only to be woken up by roaches calling on us at 7:30am In the morning I went in the bathroom to take a shower only to see the roaches on top of the ceiling and the bathroom and come in through the vents.
We decided to leave early so we end up checking out at 8:30 AM. We went to the front desk to speak to the agent there, we explained to her what we saw, and what was crawling on us, and all she said was “ Sorry, I will have the maintenance. Call the Pet Control on Monday.” No, What can I do to make this better? I will let you pay half the night that you’re late leaving before check out.” Just horrible ….I just want my money back!
