“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned once during our four-night stay. On Monday and Tuesday we left around midday, but on Wednesday we left at 8 a.m. with the “Please……

“There is no reception so be sure to check your messages for check in access codes and do make reservations if you want to eat at the nearby restaurant. It has excellent food but can book out and you’ll have no other options unless you uber somewhere else. Bring water and snacks too before checking in because there is no store within walking distance. And the sofas do pullout into beds…. Took us a bit to figure that out. Other than that it was a comfortable stay with nice finishes.”

“I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it. The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. “Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me.”

Hotel had lockers with a personal code to lock your belongings which was probably the only good thing I would say about this hotel Please note even though they advertised Air conditioning- rooms do not have AC. My sheets felt damp from the humidity in the room. I travelled in June and wasnt able to sleep all 3 nights from the rooms being so hot and humid - let alone sleeping on sheets that felt all wet!
