「Villa Filia was absolutely wonderful. Great location in Gennadi to the center of town. Very short drive to beach. Plenty of space for 6-7 people. Kitchen is beautiful! Patio is private. The terraces for each bedroom were wonderful! Having a washing machine and dish washing machine was a major plus! We will 100% stay here again next time we visit family in Gennadi. Thank you Ulrich!! You were a pleasure to work with.」

「Schon ab der Buchung baut der sympatische Vermieter einen guten Kontaktkanal auf, über den wir bis zur Schlüsselübergabe schnell Feedback und Unterstützung erhalten haben.Die Übergabe erfolgte persönlich, ebenso der tägliche Support ist bestens! Wenn man was braucht ist der Vermieter umgehend da. 「Impeccable, beautiful property in the heart of the town. So many thoughtful touches - from laundry tablets to wood burner fire lighters and lighter! The little terrace out the back is an absolute sun trap and would recommend this property to anyone as it and the host are just exemplary. Absolutley beautiful. You’d be foolish not to book.」
