“The main character is the cala, beautiful! But other than that the experience was very bad, the advertised and paid room did not exist, we booked a triple room e balcony and got put on a double w a queen bed, when we went to check they moved us to a tiny one with two single beds and that’s when they owned the fact that the booked room did not exist in the property. The front desk staff has no autonomy to make decisions to solve the issue and the director was not available. We checked out an hour……

“This was a great stay! Balcony with ocean view was perfect. Steps away from the beautiful beach. The rooms, balcony, and premises were always spotless. Free breakfast was amazing and staff at the breakfast (specifically Antonella) and both front desk girls were always super kind and attentive. They treated us and my daughter like family. We wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Hotel Miramare. We will definitely be back☺️”

“On the pictures it indicates that there was seating options in the garden, but there wasnt. The parking garage was full,so we had to park on the street where parking was difficult and expensive. The shower did not close fully. The sink was blocked when we arrived. The tenant was not very friendly. When the Aircon did not work he wanted to make me believe that I was unable to manage the remote control to then find out that the battery was low. Apparently I oversaw that we did book without……

“This was the best of the four hotels we stayed at during our trip to Puglia this year. It was very quiet, intimate, cozy, beautiful property with fantastic pool and conveniently located close to several excellent beach clubs. The staff were outstanding and helpful. Kate kindly waited for us until almost midnight to check us in when we arrived much later than expected. We can't wait to return. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!”
