“I was not a fan of this hotel. How does a hotel not have blankets on a bed? That is very odd to me. I had to ask three times for blankets for the bed. No one "staffed" the cafe/ bar area. If you wanted anything, you had to go to front desk and ask for help. There were no ice machines. If I wanted ice, I had to ask for it and it was like you were asking for some special request item. The restaurant on site was only open for dinner from 8-10. I guess that's normal for Spain, but it was……

“No warning at all and we arrived when the road outside is 100% inaccessible, due to a road closure. We parked 2km away and walked to explain we had two b very large heavy suitcases but the person in reception was rude and unhelpful.
